Well maintained hotel with a great beach. Amazing staff, very good wifi in the restaurant (in the room it was a bit hit-and-miss). The room was spacious and incredibly clean. The restaurant served delicious food with lots of options.

The AC is loud, old-school and has two options: strong wind and very strong wind, which blows directly at the bed. So it's basically impossible to sleep with the AC on. The mattress was very bouncy which might be ok, but it felt like it was covered by a plastic mattress protector which results in a hot and sweaty nights sleep.

This is a really well-run small resort, right on the beach. The staff are lovely, and very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant serves good food and is not overly expensive, considering how difficult it must be to get provisions here. The rooms are big and comfortable, with good beds and showers.

The island’s attractions are not within walking distance, but scooter hire is quite expensive (double what we paid elsewhere) as is tricycle hire

Best pizza in the Philippines so far... Nice beach. Not many people. Great snorkeling. Restaurant and housekeeping staff was excellent. Owners are on site and very nice people. If you want civilization, go to Boracay. If you want to get away from it all, Carabao Island is for you.

No ATMs on Carabao Island that we're aware of so make sure you have enough cash for your stay. We prefer carabao island to Boracay but it's more provincial than Boracay. No malls or shopping. Just excellent QUIET and relaxing times.

Loved everything about Lanas Beach Resort. It's the perfect place to unplug from the stresses of life. You're face to face with unspoiled nature and the staff of locals with megawatt smiles. Well manicured lawn that simply pleasing to the eye - like waking up from a great dream to another great dream... we didnt take pictures of the room because we just came in and crashed down to sleep on firm comfy beds... the aircon cool just knocked us out to sleep like babies... we were on the second floor villa facing the ocean with a balcony (it was that special)... cyrstal clear ocean waters, star filled nights - can't ask for more, except to be able to stay longer.....I will definitely stay here again. Wow! Our stay at Lana’s was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The accommodations were luxurious and meticulously maintained, providing us with a true sense of relaxation and serenity. We spent our days lounging and taking leisurely strolls along the sandy beach. The resort's meals exceeded our expectations and left us feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Our experience at Lana’s was nothing short of magical, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a slice of paradise

My stay was very nice. I stayed here for 4 days and it was the right amount of time. The hotel is very nicely located, and the beach in front is nice for swimming. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. I would totally recommend.

I booked the dorm and I was luckily by myself because otherwise it would have been very small and tight. But for me this worked well.

This is a lovely, small resort on Carabao island. Staff were very helpful and the views on the beachfront are stunning. They also helped us hire a scooter for the day to explore the island. The rooms are a little dated but are clean and comfortable and they gave us a free upgrade. They can also arrange a speedboat transfer back to Caticlan but this was over-priced in my view and the boat was in need of maintenance/upgrades.

No fridge and kettle in the room, but you can ask and put things to the restaurant’s fridge or they give you kettle to the room or you can use water tank with hot and cold water in restaurant for free. Hot water from tank is realy hot :) not only warm

On the beach. Excellent communication before arrival. Very accommodating. Had rental scooter and very easy to rent in 30 seconds

The Filipino dishes not the best in our stay in the Philippines. Resorted to western easy dishes which is very unusual for us as we like to eat local

Perfect spot for a resting holiday offside the touristy areas like Boracay. The team is very nice and caring, welcomes you with a smile and makes sure that you enjoy your stay. A hidden gem with a great island to explore!
