Big rooms. nice pool for the kids!! (Main building) Friendly staff. Fast checkin/out

The rooms need an uppgrade. Tolietseat broken Need new Door to toliet(room nr 27) Tv channels not working The roof over The gym fall Down while we where there. 10 meter from our room. Thank God noone of our kids or anyone else was under there.. We stayed here last year also so we new that its not a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay. And if you stay 4 People in family room its very cheap!!

Both rooms are just across the street. It takes around 15 minutes from the hotel to the Alona beach and other stores. You can go to Jollibee too before entering Alona beach. The rooms are okay. The hotel also provided wifi and free parking for the guest.

The pool on the other building was still under construction. Also take note that you need to pay right away when purchasing food in hotel's restaurant. They no longer allow room charges in this hotel. Better call the hotel directly if they offer cheaper rates because rate varies in agoda or other online booking platform .

Location and price. It was affordable but near the center of fun. It's a few steps from mcdo, jollibee and 7-11. There are on call services for spa like massage, though you can also opt to go to the nearby spas like Nirvana thai etc. Takes around 10-15mins walk from Alona beach. The resort has 2pools. They have free water that you can get from their dispenser. There is TV, ref, electric kettle, blower. Cleaning can be requested daily. Bed was comfortable. Room is spacious. There is laundry services for an affordable fee

Slippers are not provided. Hangers are limited.

The Location was perfect. 2 mins to the main road and everything is there, 711, Mcdonalds, Jollibee and other eating places, souvenir/ convenient stores, massage places. It was about 15mins walk to the beach. The hotel was big enough for a family of four, we got the family room. It was spacious, bathroom was big enough but needs updating and thorough cleaning, the shower door lock was broken and there slight molds on the tiles. There’s a small area/ veranda with a table and 2 chairs. The pool area was good, my daughter enjoyed it a lot. The bar was also good. Food and drinks were okay. Staff are friendly.

Room could be cleaner

Good location restaurant and pool good they have 2 entrances to the hotel the nicer part is where the restaurant is .

We were put on the third floor a lot of walking didn’t get given a option of rooms one time the house cleaning didn’t clean my room even though I was out all day and said at front desk. Staff were a little bit slow when I asked them a few things but I got used to it in the end asked for an iron 3 days in a row finally got after that.

Fantastic staff from front desk to house keeping, changed my room to a ground floor room because I have a knee problem, great main swimming pool, also a second pool,most important comfortable bed and great shower easy walk to alona beach, will definitely stay there on my next trip

3 floors in main building with no lift should have noticed when booking

It was quiet in easy reach of Alona beach and all the facilities around there. The restaurant was awesome. Good food and cold beer. Two pools, shallow and and easy to relax in while having a cold one.

Room A18, the toilet seat wasn't secure and I had to be very careful when doing a number 2. I literally showed it to the cleaning staff, but nothing was done to fix it.

Clean. Good location. Pool is perfect at 4feet.

Room by smoking area. Smokers either taking our chairs to smoke. Or they sit at our table to smoke. One guest even sat on our freshly washed clothes that we had on the chair while he smoked and spit. I suggest moving the smoking area out to the street or by the gate near the generator.

Close to everything. Quiet at night. Hot water and a/c were great. The best part was the staff. 5 star staff especially Paul in the restaurant and the girls at the front desk. They were top notch! Get a massage from Aurther. Super professional staff I just can’t say enough.

We were in the west building which was fine but the pool is Tiny and kinda loud if people are there and your in your room.

Good location in a city centre, 15 mins waking distance to beach and in the middle of restaurant spots and shops. Very private entrance away from main lobby.

Window facing directly the corridor, a bit too dark inside, curtains need to be closed not to be seen from outside.
