Staff very welcoming and happy to help with everything. Any problems at all were sorted promptly. They helped us organise our trips and taxi back to airport.

Location for us wasn’t the best although Alona Beach was lovely and only a 10 minute walk away. Rooms were a little dated and could have done with extra pillows for sleeping as quite flat. The pool was very nice although the steps needed a bit of attention / repair as felt sharp under foot along with a live cable for the lighting which was quite worrying.

I liked that the room was so big and that the hotel was so close to the centre. I also liked the fact that you have a small kitchen area if you decided to cook something yourself-it reminded me of a chalet in South Africa's Kruger national park. I would definitely book this place again if we go back to Panglao. They were also super helpful in arranging private tours and trips back to Tagbilaran to catch the ferry. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

perhaps the Wi-Fi could be improved. The router signal is weak in the room which is definitely fixable and the Wi-Fi speed could be better.

For me the location of the place was perfect. Everything in walking distance but away from traffic and the masses of tourists. The area reminded me of Alona before the huge Henann hotel occupied most of the area and started to attract mainly Asian tourists. The owner is a very nice guy, it was always nice talking to him. The whole resort is very well maintained and has a nice pool. I had a bungalow. The bungalows are located behind the main building.

Nothing to complain related to the resort. It is only sad that the right part of Alona beach is now completely covered by the huge new hotel complex, with high buildings directly at the beach.

The location was perfect! Central enough to Alona Beach but enough out that it was a little quiet refuge to sleep. Was also in close vicinity to the more reasonable restaurants to eat. The staff were very attentive and friendly and happy to help out with anything we asked from tours to scheduling room cleaning. The room itself was large and comfortable and the cable tv worked! It also had a nice balcony overlooking the pool with space to hang wet clothes.

Can't fault anything here but I kept locking the card in the room so possibly two cards to be handed out for a couple. This is a very minor thing tho and not the fault of the resort at all.

The location is nice. We can relax after a long day of exploring Bohol because the place is quiet. It's the best place for us since we did not go to Bohol for swimming. The room, their beddings and towels are clean. You have a free drinking water and you can cook, there is an electric kettle, TV, refrigerator and the rooms has air conditioners.

The water was cut off in the middle my shower. I have to wait a for while to fix it. It happen only once.

Wonderful kind staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. There is a very small kitten living in the car park we managed to nurse back to health over our stay, the staff have kindly agreed to feed her also - if you can and are willing please feel free to feed her!
