We were satisfied with our breakfast, was served in a timely manner, food was delicious & filling. Can't complain. We were pleased with the friendly customer service. We arrived before 9:30am but they allowed us to check in way too early without questions. Place was very clean & well maintained. They were prompt in accommodating our requests. All in all, we had a very pleasant & restful stay at Yellow Mango Resort. Excellent location, very close to restaurants & shopping. Public transportation was accessible & convenient. We strongly recommend this place to future travellers!

The only issue we encountered was the water leak in the bathroom which they took care of right away. Everything else was fine.

- unreliable and slow internet (other places in the city had much faster internet, even some restaurants) - location is around 10 min outside the city center and the neighborhood and the street leading to the hotel is not very nice (and quite dark at night) - no credit card payment possible, only cash or advance payment - transfer to the airport through the hotel is quite expensive (it's just 3 km / 7 min ride and yet it was 250 PHP on the tricycle - should be max. 100 PHP, even if tricycle pieces on Bohol are generally "tourist prices")

Exceptional stay for us. * The staff was particularly amazing, they were very kind and patient with us and our one-year-old baby. * The rooms were well equipped and worked. It's probably the first place we've visited on our trip where everything worked and there wasn't any problem with the aircon, the fan or the shower * The pool was clean and warm, with not too much chlorine as you can find in some places. * Exceptional internet connection, I was able to follow a 2-day online training with not many interruptions which is even better than at home. * The location was great, not on the main road with all the buzz but really not far from it so it was really easy to come and go and there was good street food almost outside the hotel. * Thanks to Gauthier who gave us the South Palm tip. That was amazing! * And a special mention to Mango, the official kitten of the hotel, who brought a touch of cuteness to our stay. Our daughter absolutely adored the cat. * We actually extended our stay because we were feeling at home at the Yellow Mango.

The room was big, so the AC is not above your head when you are laying in the bed, whic is great. :) Bed was extermely confortable, the hosts were really nice, the swimming pool is clean, beautiful and very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. This was our favourite stay in the Philippines.

The only bad thing is, if its raining then the road to reach the accomodation is muddy, but they have a shuttle bus every hour so you can move around.

Very nice and comfortable new hotel. Super friendly staff. Staff helped us with all questions. Scooter can be organized and brought to the hotel. Laundry is good, fast and cheap. Nice Pool! It is not far to walk to the main street with the restaurants and to the beach. Overall highly recommend! :) We would definitely come again!

Water pressure in our shower was very low. Neighbors burned rubbish every day, the smoke and smell reached our bathroom. Our first room had a roof view and not a pool view as we booked on booking.

Love our stay! Ambiance, amenities, staff, and food. Amazing! We will definitely recommend it to our families and friends who will go to Bohol. It is situated around 8 mins walk to the beach but they have a free shuttle every hour and the driver is always on time! The staff is always smiling and very approachable. The room and the place itself are clean and smell nice. The pool is of great depth. Breakfast is lit!

None so far. It may not be at the front beach, but I love how quiet and serene the place is.

the best part about the place is its location. it is close to everything like stores, restaurants, and alona beach. the rooms are also big and i like the minimalist design of their bathroom. we also like the staff. they are very attentive to our requests. the reason why i gave them an 8 is because of the food. we don’t think that the serving and quality is worth the price of 350 php. we should have just ordered breakfast from McDonalds. all in all, it was a good stay.

Clean, new, trendy, and near Alona beach, tuktuks are easily available outside the hotel.

Take the congee out of the breakfast menu or improve it. It just didn't taste good.

It looks amazing. Very Ibiza-like appearance with a beautiful pool. The pool is really big so it's also easy good for actual swimming. Next to that, they also turn on the pool lights which looks amazing. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the room is really nice as well. The beds are good and the room is big.

The shower was cold.
