We spent six wonderful nights at this hotel. The room was absolutely perfect — spacious, new, clean and stylish. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made for great sleep every night. I was a bit worried about the hot water after reading some comments, but the shower worked perfectly and there was always plenty of hot water. The staff were very kind and responsive. We didn’t try the breakfast, as we preferred to explore local places to eat each morning. There’s a pool and a very cozy lounge area where we spent many relaxing hours. Overall, a solid 9 out of 10 — we’d happily come back!

The location is a bit far from the center, but still manageable.

It’s on a side road, which isn’t an issue it’s just a bit dark at night - so you have to use your phone flashlight. It’s safe and an easy walk

Great resort with beautiful pool area and common space. I stayed in the 4-beds dorm, which was spacious and confortable. Wifi was working well. Staff was very nice and helpful on arranging transport from the seaport & scooter location. Location is 5-min walking distance from restaurants and 15-min from the beach. Safe place for solo women travellers.

The place was overally clean expect for bathroom sinks and shower from the dorm which were not cleaned everyday and shower drain was blocked.

Our family loved our stay. The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. The location is great and only five minutes walk to all the action that Alona Beach has to offer. Beds were super comfy and away from all the noise of Alona Beach. Perfect night sleep! We loved breakfast every morning at Overgrown Cafe, which is just up the street. We highly recommend eating there. Thanks for having us 😃

We loved everything, however we think having a coffee machine or staff trained in making barrista coffee, would be amazing. Then it could be called a cafe. Also the plank/step in the pool needs to be drilled in, so that the planks don't fall through. Towels could do with being replaced, but that's just being picky. Pool is very deep, so not suitable for families with young children. We'd stay again!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful, helping us to arrange in advance the pick up from Tagbilaran port and drop off at Panglao airport. They also arranged the motorbike rental for us.

Even though the hotel is not far away from Alona Beach Main Street (15 min walking distance), the road towards the hotel is poorly illuminated and gets flooded when raining (which happens relatively often). It is almost needed to rent a bike or pay for TukTuk rides to comfortable getting around.

Air-condition and bed make you sleep comfortably. The staff are really kind and helpful. If i'd stay there again, it would be because of the staff.

No food served in their bar during lunch and dinner. Far from restaurants if you don't have a car. The resort as a whole was not well-maintained. Rusty sink in the bathroom, sofa that needs deep cleaning, table that needs repainting because of some chips. Pool is a bit dangerous because the floor is slippery. If the management will restore the facilities, open their bar the whole day, then the price will justify..

Rooms are new, well decorated and well lit. Pool area is nice and lots of seating in the shade by the bar. Staff were very helpful and friendly - they accompanied us to our tricycle with umbrellas when it was raining. WiFi also good. Overall good value for the price.

Few issues in the room - the aircon in our room was leaking, the water was shut off for a few hours at one point (not the hotel’s fault), and the shower head jets come out in different directions. There isn’t much of an atmosphere, but at least the place was peaceful and quiet.

The room was very spacious and clean, the resort is very relaxed and our little boy loved the swimming pool.

Bathroom needed updating a little bit

The Ultra Mint aesthetic was sublime - the decor is very clean and modern, boho and scandi vibes. The room was spacious with great air conditioning and clean, modern interior. The bed was very, very comfortable, so much so, that we overslept twice and I missed the football. The iced coffee was amazing and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff were very helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out. The location is quiet at night but a short walk from busy Alona.

Our toilet didn't flush but this was fixed almost immediately. The shower was either too hot or too cold (temperamental) and the shower head was a bit too powerful. The TV remote didn't seem to control the TV properly but it didn't matter, we didn't really need to use it.

We really liked our stay here - comfortable rooms and everything is very modern. Bathroom and especially water pressure were amazing and beds comfortable. We pushed the two single beds together and slept well. Location is okay, we had our own scooter so didn’t have any problem. Staff were also able to book tricycles for us at any time. We didn’t book any diving through the resort and also didn’t make use of the pool and breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

Staff interactions were very basic and seemed a bit robotic (especially messaging), probably the “coldest” treatment we have received anywhere in the Philippines.
