Yes you can! The finishings are fantastic with a classic top tier touch that makes you feel like you spent thousands for the privilege of staying here. A team of amazing people make the entire experience special. From complimentary breakfast in the pool, to lounging inside your private courtyard with your own pool, to grounds featuring lush greenery. A major tip of the hat to this extraordinary resort.

Pineale Villa is a true hidden gem for those seeking peace, privacy, and a break from the crowds. Tucked away in a quiet and secluded area, it offers the perfect retreat for both couples and families. One of the highlights is their convenient "tok-tok" service, which provides drop-off and pick-up anywhere around Alona beach. We especially loved the private pools, perfect for relaxing nighttime swims, especially for couples celebrating special occasions like anniversaries. The villa is also family-friendly, with a safe, spacious layout thoughtfully designed for guests of all ages. For a relaxing and memorable escape, Pineale Villa is the perfect choice.

The nearby construction is concerning. I believe the LGUs (Local Government Units) should prohibit the development of 3 story buildings near villas and residential communities, as it negatively affects the privacy of the area and poses challenges for small to medium-sized businesses operating nearby.

The outdoor area was lovely - so good to have a private pool and the little sitting area and swing. It was very quiet and clean, WiFi worked perfectly, air con was cold and bed comfortable. The inclusion of unlimited free drinking water was a great bonus.

Staff were a mixed bag. Some were great, some didn't seem to know what they were doing or weren't all that interested. The 'desk' was a small kitchen table with two chairs which had very high arm rests which made using a laptop difficult as you keep bumping your elbows. Fine for casual use but if you are working remotely something to be aware of. Location was a little bit away from the action which was good for noise but meant walking back a little way in the dark. It didn't seem far enough to get a tuktuk but you need a torch if walking. I never felt unsafe though.

The villas were really spacious and comfortable. The private pool was great, and the breakfast eqch morning was so good. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Not too far to walk from the main road about 5 minutes and Alona beach was about 10 minutes. I will stay here again for sure 🖖👌

The whole villa was exclusive for ours. We had drinking water supply and this really helped us not to buy from outside. Ice can be requested from the reception. Generally, the place was quiet. We also had lots of fun during our stay. The staff were friendly. Since the transportation was scarce at night, we were given the option to request for food delivery. We rode "tuktuk" towards Alona beach. Fare ranged from 100p to 150p. We didn't have problems accessing ATM as well. Few walks from the villa and we were able to reach an ATM.

No lights in the pool and this has caused for us to be bored to swim at nighttime. Few Filipino breakfast selection. They could have added more selection. Since we only wanted rice for breakfast, we only ate corned beef and longganisa for 3 consecutive days. They could also have dim lights in the bedroom. Our daughter wanted to sleep with lights on but the lights were still too bright for me. One dog from outside was aggressive to us. This caused my daughter to be scared to walk outside of villa.

The privacy of the rooms was exceptional. The grounds were well kept. The rooms were very comfy for western standards. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They got us transportation multiple times a day.

The property is off a dead end road and can be a little difficult to locate the first time. Some extra signage along the way would be very helpful. The resort has to import water daily for the showers and bathrooms, so there were multiple times where our room was without water. Access to drinking water was never Interrupted though.

Very nice villa. The grounds of this accommodation are very well kept and tidy. It is located down some side streets off the main road to Alona beach but is only about a 10 minute walk. The villa itself was very tidy and modern. Had everything I needed during my stay. The courtyard pool area was really nice.

During my stay there was construction next door, which meant the workers could look directly into my villa / courtyard. This is no fault of the property but took away some privacy while I was there.
