Very clean, very comfortable and wide twin beds, comfy pillows, very good linen and towels, complementary water on arrival, fast check-in and check-out, responsive polite staff (both reception and other staff members met in the hotel).

Location of the hotel is excellent for an overnight stay or a layover at the Krakow Airport, almost within striking distance of the runway but still in a very quiet neighbourhood. The room was spacious, modern and clean. WiFi was good, and there were some coffee and tea options. Really everything you need. There are good breakfast options and using the waffle machine was fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is a free shuttle service to the airport.

I really have no complaints. The only thing I can think of which I was not happy about is that toiletries came in a dispenser instead of individual bottles, so it was impossible for me to take one home as a souvenir. :)

I liked everything about this hotel. It is very close to the airport. There is an airport shuttle for 10 zloty each way and it only takes a few minutes. You would need to come outside the airport main entrance on the ground floor and find the bus stop No3 on your left (second road). Also you need to ring the hotel to let them know that you need a shuttle. I waited for approximately 25 minutes and not 5-10 minutes as it was stated. The breakfast was available from 3am and there were quite a few people around 3-3:30am who had their breakfast before hopping onto the airport shuttle.

I thought it was a bit pricey. Also it might be just me but there was this smell... I am not sure whether it was a strong bedding detergent, pillows or mattress. I put my head on the blanket so I couldn’t smell it and could fall asleep.

The lobby is spacious and airy, everything is well designed and smart. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The rooms are well furnished, the TV is huge, there’s an iron for those who need it. The breakfast is absolutely splendid, you could ear for a week and each day you can eat different things. Fruits, salads, waffle machines, pasta, you name it. The coffee from the coffee machines is exceptionally good. There is an option to order lunch and dinner from the menu. There are options to do early check in and check out for an extra fee, which is super convenient. The hotel is situated within the walking distance from the airport, very nice. Overall, the hotel was an amazing stay, highly recommend if you are visiting the city!

Excellent hotel with a fair price for those who need a solution to sleep close to the airport, like us. Very nice staff, room was big enough, very large shower with heating which was a nice bonus on a cold day. Breakfast was okay, satisfying. There is parking next to the hotel which is very important for those traveling with a car. Reasonable cost of parking - 50 PLN per night. There is a shuttle service to the airport for a nominal cost of 10 PLN - very convenient! This service requires pre-registration. Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Krakow Outlet.

I would expect that in this type of hotel, the bar would not close at 10:30 PM.

The staff made it for us really. I would like to give 10 out of 10 for the people who looked after us on our stay at the Hilton. Hotel itself was great, the location was good, mini bus taking you to the airport every 30 mins was a brilliant idea! Food was lovely, my two girls loved breakfast in the morning, especially waffle machine, they made their own waffles, they loved that. Room wasn't big, and the second bed to share for our girls age 13 and 10 wasn't big enough. As now I know this is possible, next time I would book 2 rooms with the family access, which I thought was an excellent idea too! Thank you, we would recommend and back to stay with you again. The hotel is new, comfortable, and compact: the distance from the reception to the elevator and to the room is minimal. Breakfast is good and served for a long time. Beds are comfortable so you can get a good sleep but more importantly the curtains are very dark. Minibar isn't full of junk but empty so you can put your own stuff there. Good view from the window

The sink in the bathroom is inconvenient: the tap is too short and when you wash your hands they keep hitting the side of the sink. Shower is also inconvenient to turn on: the switch is square-shaped so it's hard to rotate especially when your hands are covered in soap. The window opens inside and only a little bit. In order to use the elevator you have to use the hotel card every time.

I had a stop overnight in Krakow and choose this hotel, it is a walking distance away from Krakow aeroport. The staying was pleasant, found the bed really comfy, cleaning team are doing an amazing job cause the room was spotless clean. Another thing that I enjoyed was the breakfast, good options for every taste. I like that the hotel gave me and my partner an experience to come back and I like that I felt like they thought about customer as a person centred . Keep it up, highly recommend it!

The queue that was for drinks at the hotel bar. There were three staff there, but for same reason only one person served.

The property is very nice, close to the airport, nice clean rooms with very pleasant design. Good ‘climate control’ in the room. Breakfast is ok.

The parking situation. The hotel has its own parking, but when you are approaching the hotel by car, there is a parking lot with the hotel sign on it. BUT it’s NOT the hotel’s parking. It’s just a private big parking lot with the big and bright Hampton sign on it. It’s confusing. And the thing is that the staff knows about this confusion. Something should be done about it at least put of respect to the guests who carry their luggage all the way to the hotel only to find out that they need to go back and re-park their cars.

The breakfast was good (especially the scrambled egg). easy to find the hotel (exit the airport terminal, turn right and walk for about 50 yards, then turn left. You are on the right road if you then pass the railway station on your left after about 30 metres. you then just keep walking straight for about 15 minutes. those with good eyesight will already be able to see the hotel in the distance with the sign in red.

I could not understand how the heating settings worked on the first night. room 238. it did not save the required temperature and the fan was really noisy (only opening the window turned off the fan noise).
