Good location and clean. Breakfast had a large assortment of salads. Nice people and the room was quiet. The shower is excellent. Bed was comfortable. Located very close to the main square.

Teapot didn’t work. No shampoo. Although it was cold outside the room was stuffy. Breakfast breads not great. The place looks tired. After booking I found out the restaurant was not open. Could have rebooked but I was in transit and had other issues to deal with. Sent me to a restaurant that was close but only ok. Not close to the train station, but then neither of the train stations are in the center of town.

Very nice concept of a boutique hotel. Small building, big rooms. Exceptional restaurant with a lot of regional and local tastes. For me, coming from Warsaw, some of them were just a great discovery- especially cheese and cakes. Breakfast- great value for money.

We came for the weekend and could leave our car just in front of the hotel. During the week you probably need to use underground parking and pay additional fee.

The staff were all pleasant and extremely helpful. The restaurant had a wonderful array of dishes for the breakfast buffet and a very nice a la carte dinner selection. The room was a bit old-fashioned, but perfectly functional, and with a modern bathroom, Being able to take a sauna after a cold and tiring day was wonderful.

Very comfortable room with large bathroom and separate sitting room. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. English spoken. The location is brilliant just off the main square but far enough away not to be bothered by noise

Breakfast was oustanding both its quantity and its quality and definetely surpasses what five-star hotels offer. The hotel location was at the same point central and quiet, the room was spacious, quiet and well decorated and equipped, bed was very comfortable, the cleaning was very satisfactory, the politeness of the personel, especially the ladies who served during breakfast is very commendable. The decoration of the reception and the restaurant (where the brekfast was also served) has historical and romantic aura.

Lack of offering of small travelling maps of the city and the important sights (though a print of the city center is provided on request).

Hotel Branicki is located in superb location, on a quiet street, near the center of the city. Clean, spacious and comfortable space with delicious food and friendly staff. Enjoyed the variety of options for breakfast, proximity to all the sights and lovely staff.

Suggest upgrading the quality of towels.

Very nice room with charm, not like 99% of the hotels these days that all look the same and like rubbish. The room was very quiet (No. 404). Location is great, right in the center of the town. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant is superb. And also the spa downstairs is wonderful. Excellent value for money.

Flexibiliy of the staff - we got un upgrade after horrible first night

Not very modern, out of date equipment, non-existent sound proofing. Worst rooms are just above the entrance - very noisy, everybody smokes just under your windows. Breakfast was varied, but not to my taste.

The city doesn´t seem to have a hotel close to the railway station. There was a 20 minutes walk to this place. Good size bathroom and room with fridge, water and coffee. WiFi worked fine and there was also air condition. Proper breakfast, however on Sundays not open until eight.

The hotel was wonderful and very accommodating. We had 3 rooms booked with breakfast. The mattresses weren’t amazing, but we all still sleep fine. The location was ideal to walk to the center square and easy to get around the city. Rooms were comfortable for 2 people, clean and equipped. Staff all spoke English and extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast spread was lovely and service was fantastic.
