AC worked so well - I travelled with two big dogs and we need a cool room and it is possible to go down to 16C and the room really coold down. Room was clean and spacious. Brekfast was taste and with enogh choice. The room and hotell overall was quiet. Love that there is a lot of green area around (were you can walk the dogs). Very friendly and polite personal :) Just a side note - lifts are rather small (they have a 3rd lift around the corner from main lifts). Parking in garaze with blenti of spots.

I would like more light in the room. In rooms with a dog, it would be so nice to have a (medium or larger) drinking bowl :)

reception was exceptional, nice and friendly, kids friendly. Room was clean and additional bed was prepared for kid (unexpected and so sweet). 2 bottles of water were nice welcome bonus. Breakfast was really good as in any Ibis hotels, they are doing excellent work there.

Room didn't have main light (or was not working), only ambient light and side-light near beds were working. Wat i didn't like most - was conditioning remote located near and towards bed, so if you leave it on during night - it's so bright that light up whole room, you need to decide whether you want conditioning or you want to sleep.

I traveled with 2 big dogs, and they were welcome. It's was 12€ per dog for night. Paring only 10€ in the underground garage (very, very close to the elevator up to the hotel). Rooms were cold and fresh (my dogs loved that we could go down to 16°C). Everything was clean in the room. Super view. Breakfast was good (not anything special but good enough to a good start for the day). There is a lot of space to walk dogs. There is also a villa restoran around the corner if you want to find other options for dinner. Although I very much loved the hotel, there are a few things that I want to point out: - there might not be a lot of space to park in front to do the check-in (but go to parking lot and stop at D area, it's hotel paring space); - elevators are super small, me and 2 bug dogs actually where all that they fitted, but people will still come on 😬 - elevator and corridors are hot

Beautiful view of the town from the room and elevator. The style and theme of the hotel is very cute with lots of birds painted on the walls. Free coffee in the lobby is a very nice gesture. Room is comfortable and cozy. Parking is spacious modern and affordable. But the best thing was of course the breakfast. So much variety and everything was tasty, I wanted to try everything but my stomach was no match. One of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel.

Was kinda pricey for a small town like Bialystok.

Convenient location with an underground parking - there is a separate sector in the parking lot for the hotel guests. Superb views of the city - we stayed at the 11th floor. But it is easy to see the view in the passage, even if your wouldn't get room with a view. Breakfast was ok. You can use a sauna for free, just order it on arrival at the reception.

We ordered a sauna - bad thing was that it stayed hot for a very short amount of time and there were no instruction on how to keep it warm. There were no fridge in the room.

I stopped there just for one night on my way home and arrived quite late, however the personal was very helpful! I got late dinner served and some good assistance with parking spot for my wan that was higher than 2m and could not fit in the underground parking. Check out time 12:00 also was some nice bonus so I could do some computer work in the morning! Nice breakfast as well. Very good hotel for reasonable price!

Everything. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Very nice spacious and clean room. Unlimited high quality coffee, free mineral spring water, tea pot in the room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, great location etc, etc.

They could invest in better quality newer towels, everything else was 5 star quality.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and family room was spacious, location is a short 10 mins from main square and is attached to a shopping centre.

Room was far too warm, probably could have and should have turned off the radiators or turned up the air con so partly my fault

Excellent Hotel, well-designed and really comfortable for a stay , really clean , spotless, and super-friendly helpful reception and staff , very good location near a shopping center, near the city center just a few minutes walk and a bus stop just in front make it easy to go around and reach the main railway station , highly recommend if you are in the area

There is really nothing I did not like however I would recommend something. Compact fridge would be greatly appreciated.
