It was a traditionally styled Polish hotel, a little worn but in a very sweet way, I thought it had lots of character, the room was fine, the bathroom was good and had a great shower. But gathered out got never the staff, they were so friendly, they even tried to scare a traffic warden away from my care as I left it without a tick, the reception staff were excellent and the young lady who served breakfast were so polite, they deserve a special mention, I’m never glowing about hotels, but this was great value for money, the staff made it a lovely stay.

It just lacked an iron and a hair dryer, minor things that I wouldn’t normally use, however I needed them that morning, I’m sure if I’d asked they could sent them up, but it’s a small thing, I probably could’ve done with a plug beside the bed, but it’s an old hotel and I slept very well.

Despite the fact that you're unlikely to meet a member of staff that speaks English here (I haven't yet, and this isn't my first stay in the hotel), the friendly people that work at the hotel always manage to get by with a combination of sign language and/or a translation app on a mobile phone that beloings to one of the reception staff. It really is a great hotel for the price, even if you're not too excited by the faux opulence look. The buffet breakfast, that starts at 07.00 even during the weekend, is really good.

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like, although it's probably worth mentioning that the location isn't perfect, and is therefore worth checking if you have any issues with mobility.

Nice hotel, we liked the location - quiet residential area but just a short 10 minute walk to centre. We enjoyed good meal at their excellent restaurant; breakfast was good.

No in room tea/coffee but we always take our travel kettle and supplies with us. Also there is charge for the parking which we had not expected.

This was my second stay and I must agree it's worth the money ,if you're looking for an affordable place to stay with a nice breakfast buffet then you definitely have to consider this place.

Nice, soft, juicy scrabble.eggs like homemade.

We had difficulties with switching the kettle on. Not sure if the electric was not ok or we did not spot how it works.

Very nice place for family vacation! Rooms were tidy, bed soft and comfortable. Spa was small but nice -hot sauna and jacuzzi. Very friendly and polite servicedesk. Good breakfast. Paid parking is opposite the hotel, lot of free space there

I like place, old town is no far away from hotel. Very nice flowers arround. Very friendly personal girls.

Parking: need to pay for working hours in front of hotel. It wasn't written in hotel description. I ordered two rooms and in one room bed mattress was broken and springs go out from bed. It was not safe for sleeping. My mother injure her leg.

Good sized old fashioned room, everything I needed was rhere. Breakfast was the best spread of the trip so far, too many options, I missed loads. I was lucky there was a music festival in town

No lift, but only 1st floor so no real issue.

Big and clean room, very good breakfast, close to the center.

No private parking. Public parking over the street, but is cheap.

I like the fact that Spa and breakfast are included in the price of the stay which is very affordable and the breakfast buffet superseded my expectations.
