During my last visit, my car was parked in the free parking lot on the hotel grounds. In the morning, when I was leaving, I discovered that the rear light of my car was broken. A hotel employee was called. He only took a photo and said that he could not help. Amazing attitude towards the client. Please clarify your attitude towards what happened. Who will compensate me for the repair of the car? I am attaching the photos.

The staff was very helpful, high quality room service so rooms are really clean, and replenished with supplies, large SPA zone, good breakfast, perfect location. Kids playkng room comfortable and full of interesting toys, also with a view to the pool. At the weekend Life music is playing.

Parking zone 40zl a day, and just a very few spaces for free, well in my opinion 4 stars hotel must have a free parking place included... There was no opportunity to choose a double bed, so sleep with a child wasnt comfortable. Air conditioner needs a refill. Fridge cooling system doesnt work so well.

The beds were very comfy, the room was big and the breakfast choices were great. The staff is friendly and the swimming pools are a big plus. There is free parking in the hotel yard, but it was usually full and we chose the parking garage, which had a very reasonable cost of 40 zł per day.

The air conditioning units in the rooms need to be upgraded. We had 33°C in Białystok those days and the AC unit was loud and a bit ineffective. The bathroom ventilator didn't work at all and the hot steamy air after a shower was not disappearing for a few hours, even with the doors open.

Hotel is in very good location, near Barnocky palace and main centre street. Everything was clean and comfortable especially beds. Small but nice and warm aquapark with two slides.

Breakfast was disappointing, warm food only sausages and scramble eggs which you should wait in long que.

Nice staff, acceptable breakfast, close to downtown.

The spa area is not well thought out in terms of hygiene. A common area for storing things, 3 changing booths and a common shower do not allow you to shower properly without clothes before entering the SPA area. As a result, most visitors do not shower at all before entering the spa area. There are no devices for wringing out swimming suits after the spa visiting. The water in the pool is a bit cold.

Great breakfast. Location in the city center, with a great view of the city. Beds and equipment are mostly right for the price. The price includes access to the spa area and fitness hall.

Parking fee is not included. The fridge smelled bad. The ravages of time had hit the shower. The spa area is intended for older children.

Initially I was disappointed by the outdated style of the hotel but actually we enjoyed the stay. We were given nice room on the 7th floor with great view to the city. The swimming pool was warm even for the little ones, great jacuzzies. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Great breakfast.

The Brekfest was excellent,definitely worth the money. Really appreciate that, after long day you have option to use sauna and water park. Room interior is made in classical style,that's no my favorite,but I can live with that. Rooms are clean and fresh.

The air conditioning could be better,because room temperature was really high. And we personally like going to sleep when room temperature is 18-20C. The night club cocktails is pricy,but not worth the money,because in tow for the same price you can get more delicious cocktails.

All of the Golebiewskij hotels are excellent in service and comfort. We had a very nice stay in Bialystok, safe parking, huge Tropicana and excellent breakfasts. Very good sleeping comfort.

The Wifi could be better, partly unstable. Also I could have wished more Englishspeaking TV channels, ex. CNN.

Spacious spa zone, three pools, one kid pool, teo slides, three jacuzzis, ice room, several saunas. Comfortable beds, good breakfast variety. Perfect location, everything is nearby
