Room was clean, tidy, beds are quite comfy,. In a room you can find water bottles, kettle, few cups with plates and small spoons, tea, coffee. You can pay at property and check in at evening.

Staff do not speak English, but there was no problem to get keys. There was no shower curtain, so water from shower spread all ower bathroom. Cheaply furnished (there was no problem for us with that, but shower head stand was little broken (when trying to change shower head height, it disintegrated)). There isn't much sound insulation, you can hear others walking on stairs, entering or exiting reception and the doors kept rattling (from a drafts formed when someone enters or exits via outside doors), but in generall it was quiet. TV remote batteries were dead, so we changed them with the ones on reception tv remote (didn't want to disturb staff (which was not present at reception) on new year's eve for such small problem)

The personel was very night, the room was spacious and clean, same for the bathroom. Comparing to the hotels, this place definitely met our expecations. People have access to the kitchen. Place is close to the Jagiellonia stadium, which is very convenient. We definitely enjoyed our short stay in this place.

Let's do something for the planet guys! -> filtered water is better than plastic bottles, and rubbish segregation is better than one bin for all. This is a space for improvement. Maybe you could also thing about another food delivery - not to good and also in plastic.

Very good to stay overnight. Comfortable, safe parking, 24/7 desk. Room is very clean with all needed stuff for short stay.

Nice and clean room. Fast check in/out. It is possible to make tea, coffee. The villa has a kitchen with everything you need to prepare the breakfast.

The place was clean. Free parking in the courtyard. Pleasant staff, they made sure that we ordered breakfast on time even though we were late for check-in. Good value for money.

The description of the hotel could have specified that breakfast will be brought to the room. The rooms on the street side were noisy.

Air conditioning was blowing right over the head, and it was almost impossible to set it in a way that it would not.

Hotel stay in quiet district,near the gardens and homes. I must say, that s room was making with perfewct stile. Modern and cousy bed,lights and schower room. Hotel was look like small oasis. Comfortable and big parking.
