Very nice place, close to the city centre, everything within a walking distance. We were arriving aroun 8pm and ahead of time received instructions on how to enter the property using a code as the reception was closed. We liked the interior, nicely decorated with attention to details. Our room was spacious with lots of place for storage. Everything was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall great value for money

Our room was on the side of the main room, so if you like sleeping with a widow open, it would be too noisy.

This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was wonderful and their English was good. The room was large for a boutique hotel with a very nice sized bathroom. A real plus were the large windows that led to a small balcony which overlooked the quiet interior courtyard. The breakfast was excellent and the staff working breakfast were very accommodating. The omelette and scrambled eggs the chef made me (in addition to the hearty buffet breakfast) were excellent. Great cappuccino also. The location is two blocks from the old area of Bialystok, which is now a walking mall surrounded by restaurants. The Palace is only three blocks away. The restaurant that serves the breakfast is also a regular restaurant. We ate there the last night in town and the food was excellent and the waitress, whose English was exceptional, was a joy.

Very convenient position. The room was spacious, well furnished and very silent despite facing a main street. Breakfast was served in a small and very cosy adjoining restaurant. Food quality and presentation was very good.

There is no elevator, which we usually do not mind. However the staircase is kind of uneven and a bit slippery.

A hotel in very center of city. Not far from main square, just at one of largest crossroads of Bialystok, but the room was really quiet. Breakfast in the restaurant in same house was really enjoyable with possibility to dine on terrace in courtyard. One could enjoy the stay in this hotel a lot, especially if he/she is using public transport (parking possibilities are not so great).

Pluses: The hotel's interior is very cozy, not only the room, but also the corridors. Very good location, 1 min to go till main city avenue. Pleasant reception staff. Conditioner in the room. Spacious room and bathroom. Trashbin in the room. One free cup of tea, cup of instant coffee, a bottle of water for each person in twin room. Also kettle in the room. After 19:00 in the evening, entry to the hotel is only with a card, which provides additional security. Blackout curtains. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant, English-speaking waiters at breakfast.

Cons: Bed mattresses are too soft, but this is a very subjective thing. The noise outside the window (we got a room on the side of the street), it looks like a quiet street, but the noise is huge, seems everything was echoing in that street, you couldn't sleep with the windows open because of the freshness, so it's good that there was an air conditioner, because it was a warm day. The noise level is such that we had to close the windows to watch TV. Breakfast dishes must be chosen from a menu, not a buffet style.

The hotel is located in the city center. Reception operates between 7:00-19:00, but getting to the room outside these hours posed no problem at all - I got the codes to the main entrance to the building and to the room, and they worked perfectly. The room was spacious enough, with a comfortable bed. Wifi is good and allows working remotely if that is needed.

I got a room with a street view, and the noise insulation was not perfect; the traffic in the morning would wake me up. You should know that the hotel does not have a lift, so you have got to use stairs. Also, there is no restaurant at the hotel; but there are many places nearby, given the central location of the hotel.

Since we arrived in Bialystok with our car at 17:00 on Friday, parking was free for the entire stay. The parking lot is very convenient right at the door of the hotel. Finding a free parking space was easy. We were greeted by the hostess. A very nice and helpful woman. The room is neat, perfectly clean. The bed is comfortable. The windows are sealed and there was no street noise... So a great rest in a very good place just 100m from the central square.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. This is not a buffet. Meals are ordered optionally. The quality of the dishes is very average. Just spoiling good products. Coffee is brought first. I usually drink coffee after a meal. But it is already cold and tasteless. No bun or croissant or anything else is offered with the coffee. Just cold coffee. Here is my personal opinion. You can also book a room without breakfast.

This is a great hotel. Very tasteful design. The room was really nice and a good size for a single. Wifi was good (an abundance of Ubiquity nodes were seen). Water pressure and temperature was good. Bed was comfortable. I liked the breakfast and the whole breakfast cafe (even though it wasn't included in the price). The location for the main square is excellent. Pavel was very kind and helpful with a couple of requests when I arrived - Thanks. I'd most happily stay again.

If there had been a lift I would have scored a "10/10". There is an ongoing renovation of the exterior which is covered in scaffold. This is clearly a temporary situation and the delightful interior was unaffected but it should have been mentioned when booking.

Two nights at Kamienica Boutique ApartHotel felt like a little fairy tale. Spotlessly clean, cozy, and with staff so friendly you feel like visiting old friends. Breakfasts? First-class! The only downside is the lack of an elevator, though for us the stairs were just free fitness. Highly recommended!
