This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was wonderful and their English was good. The room was large for a boutique hotel with a very nice sized bathroom. A real plus were the large windows that led to a small balcony which overlooked the quiet interior courtyard. The breakfast was excellent and the staff working breakfast were very accommodating. The omelette and scrambled eggs the chef made me (in addition to the hearty buffet breakfast) were excellent. Great cappuccino also. The location is two blocks from the old area of Bialystok, which is now a walking mall surrounded by restaurants. The Palace is only three blocks away. The restaurant that serves the breakfast is also a regular restaurant. We ate there the last night in town and the food was excellent and the waitress, whose English was exceptional, was a joy.

Nothing. In fact, we stayed an extra night.

Pluses: The hotel's interior is very cozy, not only the room, but also the corridors. Very good location, 1 min to go till main city avenue. Pleasant reception staff. Conditioner in the room. Spacious room and bathroom. Trashbin in the room. One free cup of tea, cup of instant coffee, a bottle of water for each person in twin room. Also kettle in the room. After 19:00 in the evening, entry to the hotel is only with a card, which provides additional security. Blackout curtains. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant, English-speaking waiters at breakfast.

Cons: Bed mattresses are too soft, but this is a very subjective thing. The noise outside the window (we got a room on the side of the street), it looks like a quiet street, but the noise is huge, seems everything was echoing in that street, you couldn't sleep with the windows open because of the freshness, so it's good that there was an air conditioner, because it was a warm day. The noise level is such that we had to close the windows to watch TV. Breakfast dishes must be chosen from a menu, not a buffet style.

The hotel is located in the city center. Reception operates between 7:00-19:00, but getting to the room outside these hours posed no problem at all - I got the codes to the main entrance to the building and to the room, and they worked perfectly. The room was spacious enough, with a comfortable bed. Wifi is good and allows working remotely if that is needed.

I got a room with a street view, and the noise insulation was not perfect; the traffic in the morning would wake me up. You should know that the hotel does not have a lift, so you have got to use stairs. Also, there is no restaurant at the hotel; but there are many places nearby, given the central location of the hotel.

Since we arrived in Bialystok with our car at 17:00 on Friday, parking was free for the entire stay. The parking lot is very convenient right at the door of the hotel. Finding a free parking space was easy. We were greeted by the hostess. A very nice and helpful woman. The room is neat, perfectly clean. The bed is comfortable. The windows are sealed and there was no street noise... So a great rest in a very good place just 100m from the central square.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. This is not a buffet. Meals are ordered optionally. The quality of the dishes is very average. Just spoiling good products. Coffee is brought first. I usually drink coffee after a meal. But it is already cold and tasteless. No bun or croissant or anything else is offered with the coffee. Just cold coffee. Here is my personal opinion. You can also book a room without breakfast.

This is a great hotel. Very tasteful design. The room was really nice and a good size for a single. Wifi was good (an abundance of Ubiquity nodes were seen). Water pressure and temperature was good. Bed was comfortable. I liked the breakfast and the whole breakfast cafe (even though it wasn't included in the price). The location for the main square is excellent. Pavel was very kind and helpful with a couple of requests when I arrived - Thanks. I'd most happily stay again.

If there had been a lift I would have scored a "10/10". There is an ongoing renovation of the exterior which is covered in scaffold. This is clearly a temporary situation and the delightful interior was unaffected but it should have been mentioned when booking.

A very beautiful hotel with a unique interior design. The material used is very high quality and luxurious. Very friendly staff. Public and private spaces are very clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is very close to the sights of the city. Acceptable breakfast quality. It had two small problems: 1) no elevator, 2) the room was a little cold and humid, which needs to upgrade a ventilation system.

There were two structural problems, the lack of an elevator and the large number of stairs to reach the upper floors. Second, the rooms had high humidity and the heating system was not able to dry the bed.

The hotel is situated in a central historical location which made it incredibly convenient to access all the attractions and amenities that the city has to offer. Basically it has everything what a demanding customer would expect: beautiful interiors, truly caring staff, it's well-maintaned and clean. There was a kettle and some coffee & tea in the room. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it while visiting Bialystok.

Location in the center and few blocks from the pedestrian street where people meet. Very neat and clean room on the street side and third floor. Building has a lot of style and well decorated. Breakfast was very good.

As suggestion layout of food on the table for breakfast must be improved. It can easily become messy. Rooms can be reached only by stairs. It is not for everyone.

Location of the Hotel is excellent, in the center of city but room was quite. Few minutes to beautiful city cathedral, pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Near the hotel (300 m) big shopping mall is located - Galeria Jurowiecka. Very friendly lady met us on reception and gave all information we need. We was travelling by personal car and outside, just near the door of the hotel, parking is for free from 5 p.m. till 9 a.m. Rooms are cozy, nice decorated, comfortable bathroom. Wardrobe quite small, but for one night staying it was enough. To whom it may concerned, the hotel restaurant has a large selection of vegan dishes.

It's a matter of taste, but we found the bed mattress too soft and the pillows too big. Slept badly ((( Breakfast could be more varied.

I loved everything about hotel. Room was cozy and well-designed. It was clean. Location is also good, we found parking spot nearby (paid parking), pedestrian street with all restaurants is few minutes away by foot. Breakfast is served in small caffee downstairs, you order a la carte, but portions are huge and options are for different tastes.

There was building reconstruction, but it didn't bother us much. They were pretty quiet in the morning. Generally I can't recall any problems.
