The hotel was very pleasant, modern and well renovated. There was a restaurant available and a lot of parking spaces. Breakfast was truly great with huge choice of products. The room was clean with a small fan for warmer days and water cooker with tea. There was also hairdryer and cosmetics available.

I was surprised to get the call from hotel to confirm if we come cause the room will be kept only till 18:00 on the arrival day. With 24/7 reception and no information of any confirmation necessary it was a bit worrying that we could have lost the room if I wouldnt pick up the phone or come too late. According to booking.com room was normally booked not just "kept till 18.00" so that was a bit of unclear... The hotel is not in the center so it needs some walking or car/bus drive to get to Palace or other sightseeing spots.

We were happy that the administrator was talking English, she was helpful and nice. We got upper floor, so it was quite quiet and beautiful room.

The rooms wasn’t the cleanest, we found hair on the floor. There was dust in the bathroom. We would have been happy if there was at least English television, not just Polish. There was lack of choice at breakfast. The first night we wanted to get plate from the restaurant, but one of the workers didn’t even looked at me when I was talking with him…

Price was good - only 55 EUR for 2 persons per night. For this price we have got quite spacious room with two beds, shower, some coffee, water etc. Breakfast is very nice: there was very good choice of food.

Coffee machine at the restaurant by breakfast is very basic, it boils not so good coffee. Breakfast restaurant has very small amount of place so there are a lot of people and sometimes queues.

“It was not suitable that we were required to book two rooms. One of the rooms had one double bed and three single beds, and the other room had one double bed. Since we were traveling with five people, one room would have been sufficient for our group.”

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was efficient. The room was not only clean but also very confortable. The bed was cozy an the amenities provided in the room made my stay even more conveniente. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. The selección was extensive and the quality of the food was superb. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Nice hotel in the suburb of Bialystok. Large private parking with plenty of space, very good hotel restaurant with a la carte dinner. I enjoyed best food during my week travel in Poland at this restaurant! Restaurant staff was very helpful, staff at the reception too. Rich and tasty breakfast buffet. Rooms were average but clean.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Room was oriented to a street with quite heavy traffic in the morning. The area is industrial with heavy trucks driving early in the morning. Maybe a room to the parking would be more suitable.

Breakfast was amazing, refilled very quickly and really tasty. Stuff very polite and smiling. Spacious parking. Area around hotel very industrial, but it's convenient for travelers by car as everything is near. Room was quite, beds comfy.

Was no A/C in room, but as it wasn't so hot outside it was ok. View from window was kind of funny, as it was wall and roof of some smaller building, but as we didn't expect to stay a lot in room it was ok :)

Good for 1 night stay with large free parking. Rooms are OK with everything needed available, but consider that no A/C is available.

Noisy street outside and if considering, that there is no A/C - open windows will have influence on your sleep due to noise. Additionally, there was wedding until around ~12 am in same hotel, so noise levels were high. Breakfast could be a bit improved also as variation is limited.

Quiet location (my windows were to the street with low traffic, no events with loud music etc. at that moment:). The room was clean with all necessary accessories. Wide choice of tasty breakfast
