Loved the apartment location. Clean. Clear instructions on access. Great facilities. Aesthetically pleasing. Everything we needed and could have accommodated more people if required

Great apartments, very clean, very close to the town centre.

The bed was a little hard for my liking, and the shower flooded the bathroom a little.

Location was great, and staff were very accommodating when our group numbers changed or if we needed any extra ammenity’s.

As a group of 8, one bathroom is very hard to share. Stairs were also quite tricky to navigate in the dark.

The room was perfectly clean, airy and bright. It had everything we needed and was pretty much new. Comfy bed, Netflix, plenty of space for 2 people. Having conditioner in the room was a huge bonus! Also, the location was great - right next to the main street, but far enough to avoid any noises.

The shower didn't have the curtain or a proper slope so the water was running all over the floor in the bathroom. Also, something to be aware of - no one at the time of our visit spoke english. Pillows were super low and poor quality. Finally, I wish they had iron and ironing board, but they didn't.

The location is perfect, everything is clean and cozy. You have all you need on a kitchen (dishes, cups, paper towels, soap, fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffe, etc), the bathroom is equipped with a set of towels and soap. The location is just perfect, in the centre of the city, on a beautiful quiet street. There is a parking near the place - it's paid from 9 AM to 5 PM, but very cheap.

The minuses are really minors: There was no information about the check out process (we checked out in the morning when there was no one at the reception and left the key card in the room). Would be great to have a shampoo in the bathroom. Walls are quite thin.

The hotel was located in the heart of Bialystok. Close to old town and only a few 100 meters from different coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were quick to respond to our requests and gave us what we needed, to make our stay pleasent and comfortable.

The building was not yet heated and the first night was really cold. However, we asked for an electric heater, which we got the morning after.

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Everything is new, the room is spacious with high ceiling, high-end equipment in the bathroom. There is everything you might need in kitchen, including tea/coffee, salt, knifes etc. The location is perfect too, very close to the old center, but on a quiet street with almost no traffic. I had to work all the days long during my 1.5 week stay and it was very comfortable to spend so much time within the room.

I stayed at this apart-hotel few times before, it never disappoints. Room is spacious and comfortable, friendly staff and central location. The street is quiet and charming.

Guests next door were a bot loud on Friday night :)
