Well, before we booked, we asked if there are any parties in the hotel since we had read it could get loud if there are. Luckily it was fine - there was a gathering that ended at 19:00 the latest. We got a nice room and there were no noises. If there were, Id sure be pissed and I think it shouldnt be allowed as it really damaged the beautiful image of the hotel we have now. The breakfast was amazing. Incredibly beautiful and sophisticated. The pool and sauna was lovely. Staff - friendly. Overall it was a wonderful experience and Id choose to come back.

Everything was clean, though the chest in the room begs for chemical cleaning (room 208).

Super underground parking, simple rooms with decent balcony, real soundproof walls and no nonsense interior design. The real deal is in the restaurant. Great food changed monthly by the chef, impressive wine menu, a sabre to decapitate champagne bottles (!) and a breakfast of champions. Bravo for the large choice of honey in the lobby boutique area.

A trickle of water in my shower alas, the mini fridge in a room cupboard with no air holes & the depressing neighborhood (oh, those project type buildings in vis-à-vis...)

Wow. Just Wow. It was the best hotel i have ever stayed in whole Poland. My wife and I liked everything here. Good location, stylish interior, fantastic restaurant. Only the best words about, will come back every time i stay in Byalostok.

Such a great hotel cannot have such cheap economy class bedding - change the synthetic blankets and pillows urgently, it brings your name down; one more correction is needed - bath cosmetics and disposable products - cheap and too few of them (there are no cosmetic pads)

Great breakfast, and food in general,, with wide variety to choose from and smooth, nice to drink, coffe from a coffe machine. Well designed and bigger than avarage room(two single beds) with a big bathroom. Nice and helpful personel. Should keep in mind that communication in english you will get at the reception as the other stuff mostly don't talk in it. Worth ordering massages if you want to get a nice relaxation. SPA zone appreciated. Has a pool with integrated jacuzzy function as well there's a dry and infrared saunas.

It was a pleasant surprise. The food was very tasty – the breakfast was the best we've ever had anywhere. What a selection and flavors! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

Amazing boutique hotel with a qualitative service, spacious rooms (with perfect and cozy outside balcony-terrace) and nice little swimming pool area. Delicious breakfast aswell. We were very happy with our stay, definitely will come back!

Second time here on a motorcycle trip through eastern Europe. Short but very pleasant stay. Reception and restaurant staff were flexible to arrange us a possibility have a sauna before delicious dinner. Rooms are awesome, as is their breakfast.
