Noisy side unless you close your windows . Windows serve their purpose and managing to keep noise silent enough. Sadly no Smart TVs in standard rooms as well no usb /usb-c chargers ports in walls which could be useful when charging multiple devices and having UK plug only . Not a hotel fault but sadly some hotel guests(male in my case) decide to use Sauna room while being naked so maybe extra reminder is placed near sauna rooms as it made me uncomfortable and I stopped using SPA area after this .

The location of the hotel by the main square. I did not have to drive to really go anywhere. The hotel room is air conditioned. This is my second time at the hotel, with 10 years in between. I was not disappointed. Location has a gym, which I was unable to utilize. I would recommend this hotel.

The parking area is small, and is not free, but affordable to me, from the US. There is street parking close by, but you have to compete with the locals and restaurant patrons. The AC unit should be checked for cleanliness, which ours was not, AC unit is wall mounted and not Central Air. The restaurant that is part of the hotel has US prices.

The rooms are very clean. The toilet and bathroom are very clean, as is the shower cabin. The staff is always smiling and they were always there when I needed something. Only two languages ​​are preferred, English or Polish. The price for 3 nights and 4 days was around €200, which is significantly cheaper than in Austria or other countries. Breakfast was served as a buffet, so you can choose what you like. Shops, currency exchange, taxi, restaurants, everything is nearby, a few steps away. My further recommendations

Great location very close to the main road and walking distance to a lot of things. Room was very clean and cozy. Staff were friendly. The breakfast in the morning was extremely impressive and featured a large spread of a wide variety of dishes. I greatly enjoyed this stay!

Just a bit of noise out in the street late into the night, but this was not anything to do with the hotel itself. Everything was great.

Staff was super nice. I wish I got her name but a dark haired lady in reception was very helpful and so nice. Everyone was really. The sauna, jacuzzi and salt room were so relaxing. The gym actually has more than just a workout bike so that was awesome too. Super clean and comfortable. Hotel is basically in the city center. Great location.

I can’t say I didn’t like just a couple things to comment on that I feel could improve. Only issue was parking is 40pln a day. It is cheaper to park on the streets if you’re staying weekdays. During the hours of 9-17 weekdays (weekends are free) you must pay for parking. You can to pay through an app (sky cash) or the meter. Comes out about 10-15pln cheaper. Restaurant was tasty but not the greatest (steak was a bit salty) and felt forced to leave a tip. I did enjoy the cheese plate that I had ordered to the room lots of cheese not enough bread though. It is pricey.

If you're looking for a hotel with character, look somewhere else. If you don't mind the corporate experience then this is in my opinion the best hotel in the city, and I've stayed here a few times now. Not only will the staff happily keep you supplied with sachets of instant coffee (there's a kettle etc. in every room), the breakfast, which starts at 16.30 seven days a week, is magnificent.

I'd completely redesign the main reception space if I could, but you only have to look at it for a few seconds when you arrive. Coroporate design at its absolute worst.

spotlessly clean, super friendly staff, elegant sauna, and the breakfasts… pure heaven! Regional specialties so delicious you’ll end up stretching breakfast right into lunch. Located right in the city center, with a super comfy bed and just steps away from plenty of great restaurants. I’ll definitely be back!

Every time I plan a visit to Białystok, I look at all of the cheaper hotels in the area on booking.com and then book this one. Although it's more expensive than most hotels in the city, it's still really good value. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the early buffet breakfast is genuinely one of the best in Poland in my experience. The location is also about as good as it gets,

The location is unbeatable, and the hotel delivered more or less everything that a Best western hotel should. The breakfast was especially good, and I liked the fact that it starts at 06.30.

The staff on reception weren't what I expected for a hotel chain with such a good reputation. I arrived just behind a couple who took forever to book in, which wasn't helped by the fact that it took both reception staff to do it. They did come good in the end, and happily gave me lots of extra sachets of coffee for my room.
