We took Delux King Suite and it was really big room! Interior was gorgeous held in 19th century Empire style. The pub very similar to original Irish pubs at basement floor was open even at Easter evening - we took late dinner with Guiness and Sauvignon Blanc, and got beautiful event with live lady-singers there. Breakfest room was huge and contained several tables with different meals choice. The assortiment and quality of meals are as for 4* for sure! The employees were nice and treated us with respect, even if we had some misunderstandings due to the fact all of us involved were not native speaking English 😊

The Delux King Suite room was so huge that it had very high accoustic level 🙄 We had to close the curtains to minimise the feeling we are at some church choir room 😀

We stayed here only for one night, before we going to our road trip. It was good parking comfy beds and very good breakfast. Room was big, nice and clean.

The bar didn`t work here. Next to the window it was wet floor and wet curtains. Place it is good if you traveling with a car.

First it’s easy to arrive by bus from the main train station, and you get everything you need from the room. And I have to say, if you are the person like me who likes the good smell of the room, then this is your place. Price is fine if you are a big guy I recommend just spend some money to upgrade your room to double-bed. And the staff are friendly and hot breakfast is also a plus in the morning. This hotel is already on my pocket list if I am go to visit Białystok again. Note: It’s also quiet at night,no students groups parting in the midnight ;)

Staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions. The property itself is very clean and we'll maintened. Very good value for money.

The elevator in the building is too slow. It is actually faster to take the stairs to the top floor than taking the elevator.

Everything was ok, the location can be good for those traveling by car as it is a bit out of the city centre. Breakfast is nice, staff is very supportive. Very quite, not many guests, private parking.

The only minus is that during our stay (3 nights), there was no cleaning of the room, so this can be improved.

We been visiting this place each year. The location, place and value for money amazing. Restaurant is located in same building and you can opt in for breakfast as well.

new renovated hotel, very nice rooms, clean and shiny :) Staff was very polite and very helpful. Hotel is not big, so cosy and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Location is a bit outside of center. Everything else was what expected, nothing to add. My colleagues traveling together were happy too. Nothing to complain about.

the hotel is full of luxury, interesting interior. very clean, tidy, all facilities are available, pleasant staff.

Cozy, clean with parking. Supermarket in 3min walk, nice tatarian restaurant 5min walk. Breakfast was good.

Bar is under reconstruction, not many eating places nearby.

room was spacious and super clean. the quality it’s outstanding ❤️ staff are super friendly and easy to communicate. food was delicious even know that we arrived very late and we were so welcomed. kids love room and restaurant and lounge.
