A very nice hotel, on par with top American brands.

Relatives had difficulty adjusting heat and air — and, strangely enough, their apartment did not have a shower, only a bathtub. This was an otherwise large, well-appointed suite. It was also a bit strange that the staff failed to inform us (and give us, as hotel guests, the chance to make advance reservations) that the 2nd night of our stay was Polish Mothers Day, and that they expected to be packed. So instead of enjoying a nice dinner in their excellent restaurant, we were forced to eat at a much less good spot near the train station.

High quality facilities and room. A first class hotel. Everything was high quality. We very much enjoyed our stay here. At check-in, we were offered a room upgrade. This "apartment room" made our stay even better. A livingroom, bedroom, two bathrooms, and dining area makes for a very compete and comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurant hosted us for a dinner and breakfast each day of our two night stay. Around the corner from the hotel is their fenced private parking lot, which gave our motorcycle a home for the nights. Definitely recommended. We would stay again without question.

Difficulties with the room air conditioning.

The room was nicely presented, the sauna was very nice, good location from the shops and close to the bus station. The restaurant was elite, really good food and good value for money.

The staff never answered the phones. We asked for room cleaning but never received it. Do not book things to your room, they don't print off the list of items or even ask for a signature. I could have lied about my room number and they would have no idea. not sure if the bill to the room was legit or not.

Everything in the hotel was sparkling clean! The hotel is within walking distance to all the sights of the city. The breakfast buffet had nearly every possible option while also being fresh and appetizingly displayed. Hotel employees were friendly and gave us good advice on local cuisine. I used the sauna too, which was just heavenly after walking around the chilly streets for hours.

My only complaint was the bed. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural norm, but it was the hardest, most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. It literally felt like a box spring. The hotel also employs the Scandinavian sleeping style by putting two separate twin sheets on the bed instead of a queen. I like to wrap myself in a blanket and was unable to do that with this set up.

Upscale, in a renovated historical building with classy modern interior and preserved historical facade. Excellent location, just off the City Center, off enough to be in a quieter area yet just short walk to the Center. Also if you took bus or train to get to the City it is just 5 min. walk from both stations. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed, large windows that can be partially open. Very helpful, friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant. Nice restaurant offers elegantly presented, fresh and tasty dishes. There is also a casual bar by the reception. Hotel also offers a sauna but I had no time to use it, wish I could!

Very nice renovation and new destination to an old building. Delicious food at the evening restaurant and breakfasts beyond very good with sandwiches to go - very thoughtful for passing through visitors.

The sauna option is very nice but not really in an appropriate setting - too tiny space with no possibility to cool down afterwards. And of course, as the hotel is situated in the city (near its center) one should take into account some nightly disturbance.

Although the hotel had a sauna you needed to request that it was turned on, this meant you had to plan well in advance and not just decide to take a sauna after a long day. Very minor but a little annoying. Also bar area is also reception. A nice hotel like this deserves to have a designated bar.

Hotel is located in an old building fully renewed . Very nice and confortable . Our room was spacious enough , bathroom very well equiped with a large shower , and obviously everything was perfectly clean . we were travelling with our little dog , and even if we have had to pay an extra expense for him , he got a special attention with his own sleeping basket and his plates too , on top of that there was some treats for him , really dog frinedly . Apprecaite !

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of almost everything, and I loved that there was a tram stop right in front of the door. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a pleasant scent in the reception area, which was a nice surprise. Another big plus is the private parking available for guests!

There were minor things like wiggly/stubborn bathroom door knob, and not working bathroom mirror light. The smart TV in the room allowed us to share screens from our devices, but it didn't have apps for streaming services like Netflix or Disney+. It would have been convenient if we could log into our accounts and watch shows or movies in the evening, especially since there were no English options available on the TV itself. We hadn't planned on bringing our own laptops for streaming.

The hotel is very modern and the room is quite stylish. There is an automatic temperature regulator, so you can adjust the room temperature to a comfortable temperature. Our room was warm, while outside was quite windy and cold. The bathroom was also super clean and the whole room smelled great :) The hotel offers a wide selection of cold cuts, the usual hot omelette/sausages, wide range of vegetables and fruits for breakfast. They also have some prepared sandwiches which you can takeaway, we found it very convenient. The personnel is nice and friendly and the location is also quite central - ca. 5-10 min walking to the center, there are also some supermarkets around. The parking is just around the corner, and is very convenient, if you come with a car.

The only disadvantage in our room was the sink in the bathroom. For some reason the water was not going down the pipe so fast. That’s the only small minus we had during our stay.
