The location is perfect. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was good 👍

Just that when I opened the window in my room. There were cobwebs and spiders and other insects in the balcony. Please ask the cleaning people to clean the balcony windows too. We had 2 spiders crawling on our bed. Please don’t feel bad but this was our experience. Don’t be harsh on your cleaning staff. May be they forgot to clean.

I can only say the kindness words for this hotel! Breakfast was amazing, extraordinary, one of the best breakfast we had in our lives! Staff person were extremely kind, always there to help, we had a situation (not the pleasant one) with stomach virus, and the personnel called the ER, and really took care of us! We will never forget that. The gym was amazing, Starbucks coffee machine in the hotel, cleaning ladies were cleaning every day with NO exception! Also rent-a-car agency is located in the hotel and that made our stay even more beautiful.

If I need to tell something - ventilation in the bathrooms are not good, at least in our room. I am used to have ventilation in every hotel, but here that was the thing that bothered us, we needed to open ventilate in other ways the bathroom which is not so pleasant. But I do believe the hotel will fix it.

Very good hotel with good facilities and amazing breakfast. Our room was upgraded with no extra fees and it felt amazing especially when we were so tired after a long trip. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh food, so tasty bread.. as Polish, we really appreciate variety of food and friendly stuff (especially chef making omelets). What we loved the most was how eco friendly the hotel is with some great ideas of sustainability, for example glass bottle to fill in and water stations in the corridor, or small treat if you decide to not clean your room. What was surprising but obviously appreciated how many international staff works in the hotel and how many international guests were there! Would definitely recommend.

The only few minor things not having any impact on our experience but just to think of - air conditioning not working well and it would be difficult to cool the room down, but we opened windows for the whole night so it was nice in the morning, and we spent most of the days walking the city. The carpet could be cleaned/refreshed/changed as looks a bit dirty and ruins a bit the whole picture of quite a fancy place.

I love this hotel,,, beautiful view from our window, lil balcony, fresh air, coffee machine in the room, electric kettle, douche robe, all the necessary toiletries, no smoking room and smells very fresh, large bed with comfortable mattress and soft- nicely smells bedsheets, large TV, nice location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast.

NEW YEAR. We arrived around 04:00AM (after long trip 2 days) on the 1st JAN- NEW YEAR (paid 200$ for this full night), hungry, everything was closed. At least we could get a bottle of champagne and fruits as a gift :((

Excellent breakfast, offer for all kind of tastes. Location was good, in 30 min walk from Old town.

- we experienced troubles with shower temperature regulation, was not possible to regulate the warm flow - on the booking page of the hotel there is a symbol of available private parking what for a traveller is a sign of free available parking at the premises. When checking-in, appeared that one day parking costs 20 EUR (is hidden in the detailed description), what is enormous price for Warsaw, despite this there was a sign that parking is at our own risk, what is quiet funny, considering the price. if we didn’t arrive so late we would consider going to another hotel because such information should be written at the front page. - the personnel at the front desk was not welcoming, had problems with English and did not answer on all questions.

Our rooms were upgraded free of charge. We liked the rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful personnel at the reception. A special big thank to Bognia, she is super friendly and professional. There was a coffee machine in the room and water dispenser in the corridor. Tasty lemonade at the reception. The bus stop to the city center is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Delicious smoothie for breakfast.

The only thing that spoiled a bit the impression was linked to a cleaning lady. The cleaning lady did not wipe the dust during cleaning. One day she even left the bed unmade and glasses unwashed. The shower gel bottle was practically empty on the day of arrival and she never refilled it. One day she did not refil the stock of tea, and coffee capsules she put were only decaffeinated despite the fact, as I was told at the reception, the hotel has a nice selection of different types of coffee. After addressing the reception, they fixed the issue very fast.

The buffet breakfast is exceptional with a vast selection of food. The room was also very comfortable, clean and equipped with all the amenities that you may need. Furthermore, the bus stop to Chopin airport is exactly in front of the hotel, so you do not need to spend money for a taxi.

In view of the high volume of guests, during breakfast, the restaurant can be crowded and feel chaotic. If you want to avoid the crowd, it is better to be at the restaurant before 08.00. The hotel is located in a busy street so if your room overlooks the streets, you may hear some noise from the traffic.

I am a frequent business traveler. This hotel met all of my needs for practicality and comfort. The room I had (I forget which category it was) was well designed, in particular: ample closet space with many hangars so I can fully unpack my suitcase, large desk/work area, ample space around sink in bathroom with extra shelf above toilet to store toiletries, etc., comfortable bedding, modern bathroom, in room coffee and refrigerator. As extra bonus, the styling was attractive. The staff were polite and also friendly, very welcoming. I had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was very good.

It would have been nice to have more chairs/sofas in the lobby area. The buffet breakfast was amazing but the layout of the buffet made the traffic flow a little chaotic during "rush times". Two cooks for the omelette stand (instead of just one).

Decently spacious rooms Staff is very friendly and helpful Good breakfast options Unlimited supply of water (carbonated, cold, warm) provided on each of the floors Good location, allowing you to get fast to all the places of interest and whatnot

I feel like I saw smaller stains on the carpet in my room Shower's design is mindblowing and in a bad way--for some reason the door inside is designed to close only 75% of the way, which obviously leads to a bunch of water getting all over the entire shower room to the point it doesn't even dry up overnight Paid services (ie. food service, lunch/dinner restaurant) feel significantly overprised compared to the places in the vicinity I mentioned good location, but on my last day some major excavation began (in the middle of the night, no less) right under the windows of the hotel, making sleeping basically impossible. Obviously a time-limited issue, but good to check beforehand if anything like that is happening/will happen when you plan to stay
