The hotel has a wonderful, historic decor with modern conveniences like an elevator and modern bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant was very pleasant and convenient as there were not a lot of restaurants nearby. We parked conveniently in front of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to set the heat to a warm setting. A hair dryer was provided. The hotel has a very good atmosphere. We were happy with our choice.

Very good breakfast. Great hotel overall, very friendly staff and great room size. The hotel itself, inside, was very quiet. No sound from other rooms unless they spoke loudly, which is good for privacy. Recommended place to stay for people who want to be outside of the city center, and very close to train station!

Some neighbors had barking dogs, but they were luckily chill at night. Could use a bit of better noise insulation for windows.

Hotel is very nice, staff is kind, breakfast is acceptable, the room was big with a a nice bathroom and free parking was available.

The location is only good if you are traveling and passing by. The zone has nothing to do around. Just car dealerships and other industrial facilities. If you don't have a car probably is not a good place to stay.

Lovely room with a comfortable bed! Excellent evening meals in the restaurant! Good parking and WiFi. Great place to stay for visiting Porto and Aveiro! Perfect sandy beaches at Barra, Costa Nova and Sao Jacinto!

The tranquil farms in the back of the building, opening my window to hear the roosters in the cows in the morning, along with the birds was so tranquil an amazing The breakfast was very very nice. Really great breakfast and really nice people and service. Silver utensils. Wow.

The neighborhood is a bit boring but it’s not really in a favorable area for vacations - it’s just a place to rest and it’s clean and has great breakfast

The room was quiet and bright during the day. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and airy. The shower was very good with wide area, good pressure and hot water.

Breakfast was basic; however, being low season, the rates were low.

The hotel's current rate of 8/10 is just too low. Super friendly staff who gave us an overview of sightseeing options in Aveiro and free parking possibilities. Very clean room and excellent breakfast.

Located along a busy road so you might hear some noise from the street but earplugs did the trick for me.

There were no glasses in the room. We asked to borrow them from the restaurant and received two.

It was a lovely big old property beautifully internally decorated in keeping with it’s age and style. We arrived late, after the kitchen had closed and still were provided with a warm greeting and food :)
