After a long drive the last thing you want is a complicated check-in. The Receptionist was super friendly and efficient. Gave sound advice regarding parking and nearest supermarket i.e Pingo Doce. The Hotel is very pleasing to the eye decor wise and of a high standard. Overlooking a square with interesting fountains which are switched off at night. Very little noise could be heard from outside. Slept very well. Well thought out space for luggage; particularly spacious. Very easy to get access to Wifi. Staff work hard to please and accommodate me as a guest. Breakfast was a nice surprise. On the 3rd floor,partially terraced with stunning views of Benavente. Particularly liked their scrambled egg, choice of breads and puff pastry. I had a miniature pecan twist. Learnt that the town is an important rice growing area for the "Carolina" variety which is particularly favoured in Portuguese cooking. Definitely would return, as it's only about 44km away from Lisbon by car.

Locally situated with a beautiful plaza/park in front. Nice and modern, very clean and very good and clean sheets and towels. Staff very attentative, very willing to assist, offered and got us dinner reservations Thank you Benavente Vila Hotel.

Very clean and new. Super comfy bed. Great breakfast on the 3rd floor terrace. Parking outside nearby was easy and secure and free for my motorbike.

Price - could have been a little lower.

Everything is excellent, clean, good food, the staff is friendly, good location, fantastic.

as usual the hotel is really easy and clean. Everything works quite easily and there is no strains. Breakfast is also quite good.

This time I had a problem with one of the staff in the breakfast restaurant. It was just a guy alone, he seems very stressed, not caring timely of the cleaning of the tables, replacing the strays with the plates and cutlery. He tried to get some that were in the outside area of the restaurant, but they were wet, and he just noticed when I actually called out. Just a little all over the place, but overall it did not harm our experience in the hotel.

The staff is very nice. They changed me to a cheerful renovated room on my second. Much better. Heating and air worked good and shower though small was clean with hot water.

The room I was first given was very small, dark and dingy, old shower had rust and things that couldn’t be cleaned well. Smelled like mold. It was a room that was not renovated yet. Make sure you are getting a bright newly renovated room. Had the nice staff not changed me to a renovated room the next day my review would have been bad.

The breakfast, the friendly staff and the cleanliness.

There was no remote for the TV. The TV had to be controlled with buttons on the TV itself.

Very Cozy and welcoming. Love the breakfast terrace at the top of the hotel with the panoramic view. Lovely helpful staff as well.
