Late check in went well and they were able to accommodate the room & bed type originally requested. Staff were courteous and appreciative. Breakfast was alright as well. Good value for anyone looking to stay somewhat close to the Airport before the morning flight. Free, secure parking(there is gate to get out) included as well. There is a McDonalds and a grocery/convenience store close by as well.

Relatively older property but they have made an effort keep it clean and upgraded.

Clean rooms with bathtub, air conditioning working well, good breakfast Helpful staff and in general a quiet location despite the train tracks.

Some guests were fighting at night, but this has nothing to do with the hotel and more to do with lack of education of those people. Although you can see the train tracks the noise is minimal due to double-glazed windows. Not the best hotel if you are relying on public transportation though.

Room was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee in room was nice. The hotel was conveniently located near Camino.

The staff was less than friendly and accommodating. We arrived an hour before check-in and waited in lobby. Two individuals were seated at desk. They ignored us, took vaping breaks. At check-in time we went up to desk to get key to the room. The man especially seemed annoyed with our presence and passed us off to the young lady to register us. We were surprised since we had only experienced friendly people in Portugal up to this point. Perhaps in the future the hotel might be more welcoming and offer to hold our bags so we might go into town to get some food or let us know that the hotel serves food and direct us to the bar/restaurant on site. Or even just say hello when we arrived.

Very clean, and big rooms. The beds in the twin room are quite big.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the TV, it was quickly addressed, but not solved. So we were offered another room. But it wasn’t worth moving for one night. But l was impressed with the help offered.

We stayed here while walking the Camino Portugues and enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable overall. The bed was quite firm but that is common in Europe. Great shower. The excellent breakfast buffet was great for fueling up for the long walk that followed. The front desk staff was also courteous and helpful.

Free and secure parking. Availability good even with a late at night arrival. Staff was friendly and provided good information. Leisurely buffet breakfast with enough variety to meet all tastes.

The proximity to the main road and railway line that runs just behind the hotel. The city center is a 30 minute walk away along a main road. There seemed to be a pool attached to the hotel but there was no way of reaching it.

Sem gluten. We had a private meeting and very good gluten free/sin gluten food.

Slippery bath. Shower would be safe.

Nicely updated standard since a previous stay

Bath was extremely slippery. The surface made it very dangerous in which to take a shower. The plastic bath sagged when stepping into it to take shower - therefore really needed better support.

We used Leziria Park as a stopover on our drive from North to South. It was well located for that purpose near to the main highway. The standard was good - nice big room, comfortable bed. We also used the restaurant and had a nice meal. There was also a good selection for the breakfast next day.

Cleanliness of rooms and overall, comfortable, good size room, comfy big beds, good breakfast and nice staff.

Slow restaurant service at lunch, no diaper changing station in the lobby (but access to a room to do it was offered 👍). No access to the playground park for kids (there is one right by the building but no access to it, only different stay options have access to it).
