Beautiful hotel so welcoming , comfortable and clean the staff were wonderful especially the dining room staff who stole our hearts., so effortlessly friendly and helpful . While it was a 5 stars hotel in every way ,we stayed five nights it still felt very homely Lovely sunbathing area on roof with pool with great views of the sea . Location was great so near the airport … we took the bus into city most afternoons which took approx 30 mins Bus stop just across the road from hotel … €2.10 per person per ride … no 728 bus . Great Thai massage a few doors down from hotel so we spoiled ourselves . Huge Casino with restaurants and bars for entertainment less than 5 mins walk.. We look forward to going back to stay again. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you book this hotel .

Lovely staff, nice large clean room. The small lounge/bar area was ideal for a light snack and wine. Rooftop facilities ( sauna, steam room) looked great. Rooftop bar closed up for the winter season. Great location prior to flying out of Lisbon.

An Uber to the airport was ~8€. The hotel would arrange for an airport shuttle for 50€. That seems absurd!

Location was excellent, just a 5min walk from the Vasco Dagama shopping mall where you can kick off your shopping, if you are a shopaholic like me. Breakfast was sumptuous with a great fruit spread. Facility is clean and bathrooms/restrooms are actually the cleanest. Rooms are modern and minimalist which was just perfect. Staff are professional and supportive. Housekeeping team are pleasant.

You have to pay for water in the room. The first bottle is complimentary and you have to pay for any additional bottles. I found that ridiculous. The Air conditioning would not go above 21degrees even though it indicates it can go up to 26 degrees, so it can get really cold at night. Aside these, everything else was perfect. I’ll recommend and I’ll stay again.

Great location close to public transportation, modern casino and plenty of great restaurants. Easy access to underground and train station to Sintra and other destinations. The gym on top floor included sauna and steam room which I never saw in a hotel before. The rooftop has an amazing view over the Parque Das Nações.

They forgot to refill shower gel when they did the room on the first night.

Clean, great location

The shower hose was stripped? so the 430 am water fiasco was a bit of a chaotic way to start the day. Water everywhere! Staff got another room for us to shower in but an offer of free breakfast, discount, or offer to comp the cab fee would have been very appreciated.

16-story 5-star hotel with amazing staff. Excellent service. The hotel has a dry and wet sauna and a rooftop swimming pool (currently closed). Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location in the new Vasco da Gama area near the bridge.

There is an issue unrelated to the hotel, which is a problem with the municipal sewage system in front of the hotel entrance, which causes a strong sewage smell. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The hotel was really clean, located not in the center but nearby restaurants , train station and vasco mall. The team was amazing , especially daniell and Malik from the dining room. The breakfast was really good and rich with fruits and vegetables, eggs, different kind of cheese, and a lot of cakes. It's a dreamy hotel to spend a vacation . The room was really clean The bad was really comfortable and large!

The spa area was really small and not working despite it was opened... There was a noise from the rain that passed next to the hotel and the building next to the hotel was in construction.. so we woke up from the noise .

my passport and valuables got robbed but frontdesk was so helpful to check me in without an issue. And the night shift front desk staff Marcella and Viviana gave me exceptional service to help me print out everything I needed to apply for emergency passport. Marcella was sick with cold but her work ethic is so impressive, she and Viviana always talked to me with a smile and showed me their care. They are truly a treasure to this hotel. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, I can't get my emergency passport without their help.

first room I saw a cockroach but Viviana quickly moved me to another room and maintenance guy always showed up right away to clean up.

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay there when we return to Lisbon.

On the booking.com website it says that they offer a Airport Shuttle, they do not.

We stayed here on our way out of Portugal, as it was near the airport for an early flight.. The hotel is in the business district of Lisbon near one of the main train stations, with skyscrapers, the waterfront, wide boulevards, restaurants and shops. I honestly didn't expect it to he as nice as it was for the price and based on looking at other Eurostars hotels from the outside in different cities (Porto, etc.) Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, check-in, check-out, and all else for our very short stay.

We could only stay one night due to our vacation ending.
