Everything was fine. I was a little bit skeptical about staying here because of the negative comments but everything turned out good. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and had all the necessities including hair dryer, they offered to clean the room every day. The breakfast was simple, not much things but it fills your stomach. Its budget friendly.

The only thing that i didn’t like was the old wooden smell in the rom from furniture- may be it was the bed I dont know but due to that order i couldn’t sleep well. May be i am too sensitive but the odor was there. And another thing is the wall is too thing between the rooms, you can hear what other person is doing in the bathroom.

The best location 3 minutes walk to the centre of a beautiful town and coach station. Train station only 7 minutes walk away. My usual warm welcome from brilliant friendly staff. Helpful and professional. Love the fact that breakfast is available early, which means I can use a dining table as the best place to work. There is also a small workstation in the lounge which I use.

My bedroom chair was not very comfortable and not a good height to use at the small side table that I used to double add as a desk. Furniture and fittings are a little dated but this doesn’t bother me too much as the bed is comfortable and staff doing an amazing job to keep the rooms clean. The hotel has an atmosphere of cosiness as opposed to being modern but I like this.

Excellent location in the heart of the town. An easy 5minute walk from the bus station with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The hotel was very clean and tidy with a lovely little outside garden area, a breakfast/bar area and a lounge. There was a good choose for breakfast - rolls, preserves, hams, cheeses, cereals etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The en-suite bedrooms are a little dated but everything is super clean and comfortable.

Lovely staff who were super-helpful. Convenient central location in a quiet street at the centre of town. Bright happy breakfast room, plenty of natural light.

I would have liked a better sized table or flat surface to use as an office desk in my bedroom. More convenient for me was to take my paperwork downstairs to use laptop and write in the breakfast room, restaurant

That a kettle and small refrigerator was not provided but not complaining about the hotel we found that this was a general occurence within Spain and Portugal. Lack of powerpoints in our room but we are sure if we had asked for a power board it would have been provided to us. Great hotel to spend time in.

Breakfast included Lovely staff, especially Veronica, Nicole on reception and the domestic cleaning women. Brilliant central town location

Fixtures and fittings getting a bit dated so that drawers did not run smoothly and bedroom chair not very comfortable

Location is excellent, close both to railway station and seven different museums. My room was very quiet and the AC kept it warm and nice during night. Although equipment is a bit dated everything is clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

The breakfast included in my room rate didn't make me excited so to say.

Location was great to the center!

It was small but functional. Lots of noises in the rooms. Bathroom was super small and some door damage from hitting the toilet. They put a stopper so it wouldn't bang. Food was not something to write about although the person running it was very nice. Front desk very nice people.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The staff was friendly (shout out to Veronica!) and even remembered my name as I came and went. I was given a room that was quite large so it felt very open.

The mattresses were a little hard. My wish as a solo woman traveler would be a little counter space or shelves for makeup. But really no considerable complaints at all.

Old school place in a good location, a few steps away from the coach and train stations. The room was clean, tidy and warm, with all due amenities. The breakfast was quite nice and plentiful. The staff also seemed kind and helpful and there was always someone at the reception.

Unreliable wifi. We had to leave keys at the reception when going out. Cleaning staff tried to clean before the check out time, despite the DND sign.
