Lovely location with great views. Good selection of restaurants close by. Pool area excellent with sun loungers always available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Recurring problems with access card to room not working- on the top floor and irritating having to constantly go to reception when we couldn’t get into our room. Building work taking place across from the hotel which was very noisy from 8.00am to 5.00pm. No notification of this at time of booking.

This hotel is truly spectacular. The balcony rooms offer breathtaking views of both the sea and the amazing pool, complete with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. The location is excellent, perched right above the ocean and offering a delightful promenade in both directions. Renting a bike to explore the coastline is highly recommended. Breakfast is also very good, and there is an enormous supermarket nearby, ideal if you wish to buy food, as there are no restaurants in the immediate area.

A hotel of this caliber should feature a gym, and the staff could be more friendly and attentive.

Lovely pool, ocean views and proximity to the promenade. Large stylish reception area. Friendly staff who were very attentive. Loved the mini pastries and water at reception. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection and was of a good quality. Well equipped gym (could with some 4 or 5kg weights)

It is a 20 minute walk into cascais centre which may be an issue for some but it’s along the sea front and a lovely walk. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful. There is also a new development of ocean front restaurants just a 7 min walk from the hotel. From a decor perspective the ocean photo wallpaper makes the otherwise modern decor of the room lean towards the tacky side.

The ocean view was spectacular. We sat on the balcony alot and soaked in that amazing view especially during sunset. The food at the restaurant was pretty good. We had a few very nice servers. Victor was super nice and I forgot the other names. The area is super quiet which we loved and needed.

They were out of different foods on different days which was a bummer. The beach is not easy to get to even though the ocean is a street or 2 away. There are no signs telling you how to get to the beach. The girl Luz (I believe) who checked us in was very dry. She didnt even want to say hello after checking us in where the other people working with her were smiling and greeting us everytime we walked in and out. There are not alot of food options nearby but a quick 5-10minute Uber ride gets you to city center where tons of restaurants are.

The hotel is in a perfect spot if you have a car; easy to park, while offering great ocean views, and not conjested, like many close-in hotels might be. Beautiful walking/biking opportunities along the gorgeous coast. Our Oceanview room with balcony was great. Old town Cascais is not a far walk when you want to explore it. While there, we also drove to Cabo do Roca, and Sintra, for wonderful day trips. And numerous great coastal restaurants to enjoy. Wow!

While we were there, the otherwise peaceful surroundings were disrupted with construction activity at the adjacent property, from 8 am pretty much all day during Monday - Friday. Probably not much the hotel could do about it, but it was annoying.

Great Location, quiet, good 20 minute walk into Cascais itself. Breakfast was amazing & staff in dining area very friendly. Room comfortable & hotel very clean.

Service in outside area , poor, asks for drinks never came 30 mins ask again, had to go up ourselves( which wasn’t a problem) but others got service. Understand access to room at 3pm but we came from airport, had no luggage as was missing, explained tired & stressed & stated we would wait in outside area. Seemed put out, we had no luggage & was 1.5hrs early. Had to pay for drinks as had no room number, could not put on tab. Was made to feel like we should not of been there. Understand if it was busy but no contact to say room ready, no extra care to get a room earlier in the circumstances we were in. At 3pm, went up to reception & room was then available. Small things could of changed our arrival. The men when on reception were much more friendlier, shame not on when we arrived.

Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was great value for €14. Recommend it. Hot and cold breakfasts. Fruit delicious. Lovely pastries. Really enjoyed food. Drinks expensive. Housekeeping excellent. Got us extra water when needed. Loved room interior decor.

Our room was overlooking a building site after spending so much on room. The builders were on site before 8am and when you want sleep in as on holidays you don't expect heavy noise. Very disappointed with this. Told reception who mentioned we could upgrade to sea view which also overlooked a busy road and would cost extra €10 per night One lift was out of order. Hotel was bit further out than expected. Took us 20/25 mins to walk scenic route to Cascais. No tea making facilities in room which I like. Lighting very dim in bedroom.

Ordered coffee latte in the room and the coffee didn't come! Had to call them 3 times until someone came and sent them but the coffee was cold so had to send them back! They were supposed to come back with the coffee 5 mins later and the coffee didn't show up again! Called reception and they said they will check with the bar! Finally, coffee latte came but the cups was so small! Very disappointed!

the hotel is spotless, 20 minutes walk into cascais, the breakfast range was plentiful, staff done an excellent job, friendly and helpful, pool area is well organised and very clean.in a great location close to numerous restaurants.I would return again.

now the sad bit, which is easy to resolve, the service is slow for both a food order and a drink order, the two coffee machine broke on two consecutive morning, yes you could still get coffee from the kitchen, but you had to get a staff member to do this, it could have been better organised by having a dedicated staff member at the counter. in some bedrooms they use a third bed as kinda of a sofa reducing the size of the room, they would be better removing it unless it was required as a bed for a third person.

We liked the location, which is close to the village center and also within walking distance from Casa da Guia and Boca do Inferno. The bed and pillows were also very confortable. The staff were really nice and offered us a bottle of champagne and chocolates, as we were celebrating our anniversary

The breakfast wasn't as good as we expected. We loved breakfast at Eurostars das Artes, in Porto, and thought this would be as good, but it didn't live up to our expectations. Overall, it was a good exp erience though
