Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several aspects that didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. While nothing was terribly wrong, we’ve stayed in other 4-star hotels that were far superior.

The restaurant options were very limited, and while breakfast was decent, it was quite average. The rooms felt rather small, and the parking area was also very limited, with only a few available spots. We also found the staff not to be the friendliest.

It’s very new and has a lovely relaxed style. The dining area is lovely and bright; nice choice for breakfast. Used the gym, indoor pool and sauna; very nice set up and although the outdoor pool looked inviting, my visit was in winter… The bed was extra comfy and I loved all the pillows. My room had a nice balcony with a view across Cascais and I could watch lovely sunrises in the mornings. Loved the coffee facilities in the room. Easy exploring Cascais on foot and it also a great place from which to have a day out in Sintra which is less than 20 minutes away by taxi/Uber.

Paying for extra coffee capsules if you’re in the room for more than a night seems a little mean, but coffee out in Portugal isn’t expensive, so I really shouldn’t complain.

We had a great stay at Legacy Hotel. Hotel design is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable (beds, linen, blackout curtains). It is located just a short walk to the city center. Staff were incredibly helpful in sorting out any issues.

Breakfast could be improved - it has plenty of variety but quality a bit underwhelming for what you would expect. You also need to pay extra for parking. Spa only has one small dry sauna and indoor swimming pool, a bit limited for a long stay.

It is a new hotel, clean.

You need to have daily drinking water and tea packets. Besides for suitcase, very little space. The price per normal room is very high. It's a five-star hotel price. There should be more different types of food, not only Italian. Being in Portugal, the guests definitely would like Portuguese cuisine, too. Internal dining should not be charged with taxes.

We had an amazing stay in the legacy hotel. The hotel is so clean and rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool area is so clean and very comfortable beds to lounge on. The staff here are truly exceptional. They are so polite when you arrive and are on hand for recommendations and ideas of what to do. They were so friendly constantly asking if we needed anything by the pool. It really made a huge difference to our stay.

The pool was a little cold for the time of year that we went.

All facilities new, well functioning and of tasteful design, staff superbly pleasant, refreshing and calming scent and subtle music throughout the hotel. Location a few minutes you from the restaurants and cafes but in a calmer, residential spot.

No Netflix, but this is a very, very minor point whilst a week stay.

We had an amazing stay on Legacy! The room is awesome, comfortable bed and includes all amenities for a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing and we would like to thank them for all, specific Carla, Mario & Sara, who were expectional with us during our stay. We will definitely come back there in the future!

The hotel is outstanding from location, to staff to facilities. The room was comfortable. The on-site restaurant superb - best taste experience . Breakfast selection was plentiful and again over expectations. We walked to the waterfront easily and visited the stores. Cascais is beautiful.

1 tiny milk pod for coffees in the room , paper cups. Then a charge of $2 per pod if you want additional coffee Being supplied with 1 bottle of water in the room for a 2 night stay. Penny pinching at its worst. Charge me extra for the room at the start but don't be so mean as to charge for a bottle of fresh water.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Legacy Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can certainly recommend staying at this hotel.....

We booked a room with a patio but unfortunately there is a hedge blocking the view so I would recommend booking a room with a balcony..
