Breakfast was fine, room was good. Beach not far, old town on your doorstep. Staff fluent in English and welcoming and helpful. Train station not far at all.

We stayed in March and it was ok noise wise from the street but wondered how noisy it would be in summer (plenty of restaurants and bars all around). For us not important but to some people it might be, there was no view from our first floor room due to being at street level with all windows frosted.

location was excellent, a short walk to the train station and very central with lots of restaurants around the hotel, breakfast was perfectly adequate as I only eat a continental breakfast anyway, room was quiet when windows were closed and had a good nights sleep, shower very small but all facilities spotlessly clean

last day there were problems with tv reception and internet but I'm sure it has been attended to

Location was as good as it’s gets, breakfast was basic but ok for a 3 star hotel, beds very comfortable and room was nice size we had a room on the third floor so didn’t hear the traffic at all, my only complaint would be the noise of the other doors slamming at night but overall a brilliant hotel for the price you cannot complain

The receptionists, Margarida and Gonçalo, were exceptional. So was the breakfast and cleaning staff. I loved their way of making me feel home. Regina, Luciana and Marta are amazing souls. Professional, gentle and available at all times. The breakfast was good, and the room comfortable. Also the position super central. I loved it! 🌟

Really lovely hotel right in the middle of the action with a bright room that overlooked the town with a glimpse of the sea. I may even head back here again later in the year!

You can hear people in the stairwells and the coridoors; even from the top floor! The hotel needs to shut the doors to stop the sound travelling as much.

Very good location and kind staff. The room was clean and wi-fi working well. AC worked well.

The room is quite basic and breakfast did not provide many choices. However, this does not change the fact I had a nice stay.

Breakfast is basic but always fresh produce, very central location! I personally don’t like getting taxi’s when I’m on a relaxing vacation and this place is perfect it’s so central..

There’s a lot of street noise and music from nearby bars that might bother some people! I personally can switch off and sleep through anything.

We loved the location of the hotel. We had a family room for four, and it was a decent size. Our room had access to a roof terrace and it was great! Breakfast was very nice.

There was a bit of noise from a nearby nightclub.

The hotel is in a great location near to the beach ,restaurants and local attractions The continental breakfast was very good.The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights in Aug 2022 (room + breakfast). The hotel is bang on in the centre of Cascais, in an amazing location. It is a nice hotel overall. The staff at the front desk have been ever so helpful, accomodating all our last minute requests: eg we had a wedding to attend and we needed an iron, a hairdryer, shoes polish, etc and the staff accomodated all that in no time. When I causally mentioned I wanted to visit Sintra, the lady at the front desk (Theresa) volunteered to prepare an itinerary for us. Honestly, the staff made our stay there a really lovely experience. Def a 5 stars service.

in fairness, breakfast should have offered more options - it was rather basic - however my son is allergic to dairy and they had soya milk available, so we managed just fine.
