I loved everything about this property, from the way the staff kept in touch with me both before and during my stay, to the extremely well equipped shared kitchen, all the complimentary snacks and a lovely room. All the guests were invited one evening to a dinner at their sister hostel for which there was no charge and was a great get together with a diverse group of people. My only regret is not staying longer! Highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing.

I had an amazing time staying at Eco Ljmonade Hostel. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to both the train station and the beach. The hostel has a quiet yet social vibe, even though I had a private room. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there’s a great selection of activities like Yoga or surfing, which was a highlight. Highly recommend for both solo travelers and groups!

Usually there is a international Dinner on the Friday Evenings. Unfortunately it didn't take place during my stay, but the idea is great!

In a good location in walking distance to restaurants, the water, and cafes. There's an outdoor seating area for breakfast, and my room had a balcony. The people were very helpful, with suggestions for activities. The laundry service rate is a good value. The shared kitchen was nice and clean.

No lift, but it's a small hotel. There's some traffic noise, but it's far enough from where people are partying that there was no sound of yelling late at night.

The place it’s at a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the city center and a 30 minute car/train ride to Lisbon. There’s every facility you may need, being its kitchen remarkable because of its huge size and everything it contains. The room was tidy, clean, and bigger than it seemed at the pictures. The bathroom was also perfect. Besides, the people that we had the chance to meet there were so nice.

The AC wasn’t working the night we stayed there, Asides, there’s no more complains about our stay at this place.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. The owner, the reception, the cleaning ladies, were always super friendly and accommodating. I was impressed how impeccably clean and tidy the whole place is. It has a very cosy interior, whether you are in your room, dining space, or the kitchen, everything is well designed. There’s always free bread, cornflakes, coffee, fruit and candy provided. They also organized free dinners and game nights for the guests, which was super cosy and fun to socialize, I attended 4 of those. The location was perfect for me, about 10 min walk to the supermarket, yoga studio, cafe’s, train station, beach. I loved my large comfortable bed, and the balcony overlooking the town. There’s plenty of light and both the wifi and heating were working very well too. It really feels like people care about this place, they put a lot of effort to make it as enjoyable as possible for their guests. Lot’s of personal touches that make a difference, and want you to come back. Grateful I was able to stay here for the past 2 months.

I loved staying at ECO Ljmonade. It was the perfect place to enjoy my holiday. Everything was super clean and the place itself was very cute. There’s a large common space and kitchen, so perfect to cook your own meals, plus the free coffee and bread were a big plus! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. A short walk to the city centre and train station, but the surrounding area was nice and calm! All around an amazing experience!

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I loved the little private terrace. It is perfectly situated - just a short walk to the beach, train station, centre of town, and the little grocery store. Lots of special touches like free coffee, tea, cereal, bread and jam. My first time visiting Portugal and definitely not my last. I’ll recommend this lovely guesthouse to my friends

The attic room was comfortable. Ceilings low but I knew that beforehand so expected it. Good rooftop terrace, no amazing view but nice and not overlooked. The whole place is very clean and the staff were nice and not in your face at all. Importantly, it was pretty quiet so could sleep well. Really it's all about location with this place, 5 minutes to all the cafes and restaurants and 10 mins to the beached walking - can't beat that.

The breakfast, I would have liked better coffee, fresh milk, fresh bread. I didn't bother with it and just went out every morning.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the kitchen was well-stocked, including a supply of bread. The bed was really comfy too and the airconditioning in our room was brilliant for the hot afternoons.

The shared bathroom was a little small and didn't have much storage/many places to hang clothes and towels, which made it a little hard to get changed before and after a shower.

Very niiiiice place! Probably one of the best Hostels I have stayed. Very cozy, calm and beautiful place to relax and also work. Large terrace, comfortable kitchen and cozy lounge. Close to all the necessary places - train station, bus stops, Cascais city center with its beautiful promenade and beaches. The friendly staff deserves the highest marks! ✌️☀️ Very glad I chose this place! Thank you!
