Fantastic location steps from the beach and restaurants and shops in every direction.

Property on a pedestrian street parking facility was close proximity across from McDonalds but on the weekend it was full so if driving make it a priority to try and park early to alleviate any issues. Not a fault of the property just wanted to alert other renters. Street parking was available also Marina parking at a further distance. Top floor walk up we downsized our luggage.

Fabulous central location just moments away from lovely small coved beach. Surprisingly comfy beds given that they weren’t enormous and good supply of hot water. Breakfast is not on site but you can pop to the cafe over the road for a discount…..we decided to find breakfast in the sun however so couldn’t comment.

A small fridge in the room would have been helpful. Two glasses also would have been nice and just a heads up that our shower leaked.

Good sized apartment, liked having kitchenette and fridge. We had a second floor room at the back which was very quiet day and night. Excellent location, couldn't have been better as step out and straight in street with shops and restaurants, less than 5 minute walk to train station, beach and main square. Staff all excellent, very polite and helpful.

Very little, only reason it wasn't a 10 is that the aircon wasn't very good, bistro table, although cute was too small to lay food out (but could get two plates and two glassess on it), and a few things missing that we wold have liked, e.g. bottle opener (although one was promptly brought to our room to open a bottle when requested) and tea towel (couldn't dry dishes).

The best part of Suites Guest house was MJ! He is extremely professional, he was extremely helpful, both before, during, and after, and we truly appreciate all his assistance. He helped to assure that we could check in a little bit earlier as well. He is a very hard worker as he also works at the same time for the restaurant across the street but made sure to be available when necessary. The location is Central but if you need to walk from the carpark as we did, it was a little bit hard because we were carrying our suitcases although the carpark is close, Thank you again for everything MJ.

The photos of the rooms look lovely online but unfortunately the rooms are not kept up as well as we would have hoped in the way of a little rundown feeling and cleanliness looking of the shower floor. It's a difficult shower set up with no space to place anything that you might need to use while showering. The rooms need some updating and painting.

Excellent location. Beaches & train station 3-5mins walking distance away. Great staff-helpful & friendly. Very clean & safe. Excellent & comfortable bed. Good exercise on stairs bc it is a walk-up/down stay. Breakfast was very well priced-€6 and across the street, but I did not partake. I went to the same cafe, but ordered specialty coffees & baked goods instead & took them down to the waterfront every morning. Very good!

A little noisy at night until about 10pm bc Guest House is located on one of the busiest streets. Nothing that closing windows can't fix. I was on the 2nd floor with Juliette balcony.

The room and location were amazing! It is very close to everything, and great if you are looking for a place to stay, and you need to go to the AIMA service. It is in the street behind where the hotel is. They also have a good discount if you would like to eat the breakfast in the restaurant in front of the place.

Some steps on the stairs are very short, so you need to be careful when you are downstairs there. The breakfast in front of the place is amazing, but it opens only after 9 AM, which can be unhelpful if you need to leave in the early morning.

We had a great 4 night stay here when there for a family wedding 27/7/24. After a late arrival with a small baby we had a lot of difficulty finding a car space. As Guest hse is on a pedestrian street I went to locate it as my daughter stayed with her baby...the young man could see we were a little stressed and had an unsettled baby and drove the car to the underground parking for us. He was so obliging and helpful..nothing was a problem. Thank you , thank you...I don't know your name but we really appreciated your kindness. We would definitely return Mary Anne Ryan

Good location on busy pedestrianised tourist stripe, comfortable bed, fairly clean. Still pretty quiet at night.

Strong sewage smell in bathroom in the evening. Bathroom needs updating, all fixtures looking rather worn. WiFi a bit weak. Kettle is in the hallway next to microwave, with a little random assortment of plates cups and cutlery in the drawer. Bed has no duvet but a thin cover I wasn’t warm enough in the night but my son was okay.

I was very happy with Suites Guest House; it exceeded my expectations. The staff, though not always on site, was always there within minutes of my texts and the location was perfect -- situated on Cascais's most vibrant pedestrian-only street, close to my favorite beach, near an abundance of good restaurants and cafes and within blocks of the train station.

The coffee machine was challenging to operate, but that's my fault.

So so clean! Amazing location, 30 second walk to the beach and also on the Main Street close to food places. Lovely big bed and good shower too. Staff very helpful and let us keep our baggage behind desk until we were leaving later in the day.

Would have been nice if there were beach towels available. Also a small bit loud given its location on Main Street - just something to be aware of if planning an early night of sleep!
