We loved everything about it. Manager provides a very warm welcome. Obliging, professional and friendly as are all staff. The apartment was immaculately clean, really comfortable and spacious. It’s a peaceful , calm ,well kept place with a gorgeous heated pool that we didn’t use as the weather just wasn’t warm enough. Breakfast was a delight - beautifully prepared fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs and bacon plus pastries yoghourt cake etc

Only that no there is no evening meal facility but that’s clear on the website so no surprises.

Immaculately kept facilities and with a large heated pool in the winter as promised. Lots of thoughtful items provided in the apartment to help you feel at home straight away. Reception and maintenance/cleaning staff all helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking for the hire car and a fabulous hypermarket only 2 minutes drive away. Air conditioner also served as a heater which was great in February for chilly evenings. Wi-fi very good too.

A little bit short on storage/hanging space in our studio apartment as we couldn't fully unpack two medium sized suitcases. Not a big problem just a niggle.

Quiet location that allows easy access for Lagos, Porto de Mós, Luz. Very clean apartment, heated pool and garden area which is well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all friendly, helpful & welcoming. Plenty of parking. The internet was super fast which was wonderful. Aircon was in the bedroom & main living room which is needed in Portugal. I loved the evening lighting around the pool & garden. We will be back.

No major issues but if I was being picky. The kitchen & bathroom cupboards smelt musty & could do with airing, but not a major issue. Some of the towels were quite worn and need replacing, however this did not detract from our break. We arrived very late at night and I did not realise that I could have arranged a welcome pack which would have been ideal - missing a sales opportunity as they could have pushed this & I would have definitely bought one.

🌊 ocean view from the first floor, location -Lagos and Luz are beautiful and have nice 🥾 hiking trails to offer, boat 🚢 trip (ponta de piedade), beautiful beaches 🏖️- nice breakfast at the hotel, nice, heated, clean pool 🏊‍♂️, really cosy hotel - not too small, not too big, exactly good size. Breakfast 🥐you order a day before - you indicate what and how much you would like to eat - great to avoid waste. In the future the hotel could print example photos of different bread which you can choose (and they bake on site:) - photos would have helped us:) the tennis 🎾 place is also nice. Overall a great place to be.

November is humid - the towels don't dry, but you can change them at the hotel every second day, which does the trick.

An absolutely unbeatable hotel. A beautiful room with direct access to the garden, where there are two stunning pools. The room was gorgeous and luxurious. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. She recommended we go for dinner at Campimar restaurant on Praia de Porto Mós beach. I’ve never had a better dining experience. It was exquisite. Thank you so much for the tip. The breakfast was excellent. You are given a card where you mark what you want to avoid food waste. It’s a pity we only stayed for one night. On our next visit to Portugal, we will definitely stay at this beautiful hotel again.

The place itself is gorgeous. As you enter you see the pool, which is beautifully framed, and the place is very well maintained. The staff are friendly and professional, and you stay in a mini-apartment, with a kitchenette, fridge and stove, bathroom and either a balcony or direct access to the pool area. Breakfast is delicious and served in a beautiful glass-surrounded area. The whole experience is lovely.

The pool was rather cold, which made it difficult to swim. The staff told us it is only heated in winter, which is understandable, but we were left hoping the water wouldn't have been so cold during summer :) The breakfast, albeit lovely, is quite expensive, and items like eggs or bacon are paid separately, which really adds up.

Rooms were very clean. kitchen sufficient for few days stay. We reached early (around 11am) and they were able to quickly turn around cleaning of one of recently vacated room and allowed us to checkin early. Breakfast was really good with fresh fruits, choice of eggs, bacon, sausage (usual fare). One just need to specify in advance though (as they have small kitchen and they bake breads depending on pre-orders).

Stunning aparthotel with everything you need for self catering. Staff were so friendly, check in was easy. Quiet and comfortable, only 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and the most amazing beaches. The heated pool was such a bonus when they weather is a little chilly. You won’t regret staying here.

Wonderfull place!! Calm, clean, all required facilities and more. The garden and heated pool where beautiful, the bathtub and shower both great. Kitchen also good all appliances where there. Last but definitly not least, super friendly and positive staff :) very helpfull and understanding. Parking in front of the door.

Nothing to mention as a dealbreaker!! As improvement maybe some cooking oil and salt :)

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We played tennis every morning and also enjoyed the pool area, which was lovely and quiet. The town was a little further away than expected, but we used ubers to get around. Our studio apartment was well equipped with lovely sea and pool views, beds very comfortable.

Tea and coffee in the rooms would be helpful as the nearest shop is quite a long walk from the apartments.
