We loved everything! The property is so well kept and very peaceful. We felt immediately at home everytime we drove on to the resort. Our house (number 57) was super spacious and had everything you needed. The direct access to the pool was also very convenient! Around mid-end June, there were always sunbeds available. It's a <10min drive from the old town from Lagos, <10 min drive from Luz which has a nice beach and good restaurants, and a lot more beaches and nice towns on a <30 min drive.

Breakfast options were always the same - but various enough for our 4 night stay.

Privacy and big size. Daily housekeeping when requested, although towels were not replaced and we had to go to the counter to get. Good heating in the toilet and house. Nice swimming pool and gym. Dishwasher made it easy for us to keep the kitchen clean after cooking.

Water pressure in the toilet was low. Access to swimming pool was limited to 1hour even during low season. No tissue paper in the rooms and no kitchen towels.

The Bela Colina was brilliant. We had such a great stay, the apartment was very spacious and the cleaners ensured that we had clean towels and the place was lovely throughout. The Bistro bar was also very close and we managed to get some food and drinks in there which didn't disappoint. The Clock Tower pool was very tranquil and we enjoyed relaxing by that, although it was out of action on two the days due to filming.

This isn't poor on Bela Colina (as that part was excellent hence the review score) but specifically the Boavista Golf Course. The male staff were extremely rude to us and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Given that it was very expensive to play, I was expecting a much friendlier service.

Hotel Service. Beds made every day and property kept clean and tidy.

Noisy golf buggies from very early on in the morning. They are very loud - these buggies should be changed to electric buggies - more environmentally friendly too. Also, the cleaners have their strict instructions and guidelines how to leave an apartment - but they kept putting a couple of cups and glasses and a spoon and knife in the dishwasher and switched it on! What a terrible waste of water and energy! Especially in the Algarve where there is an acute shortage of water we are appalled that the management are not more environmentally conscious and stop water wastage like this.

The facilities, cleanliness, ease of everything with little ones, the spa and outdoor pools, parking, good location to visit all local areas and weat coast, felt very safe

Unable to book the indoor pool on multiple occasions as it was full which was a bit a noying on rainy days, we also found the clubhouse a bit pretentious and not overly child friendly. A queen bed would have been better than singles

The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Bistro restaurant is a real gem with excellent food and service. All the staff were exceptional and Miguel deserves special recognition for his kindness and over-the-top attention to our preferences. Great location makes it easy to take day trips to explore many nearby villages.

There are steep stairs from the ground floor which has the kitchen and dining area, to the upper floor where the main bedroom and living area are located. If your mobility is compromised, this could be a problem. Also, the beds are twin beds. The televisions are very small so when we watched golf on TV we could not see the game properly as the formatting doesn’t accommodate such older very small televisions.

Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help! The resort is great, sounds like a lot to be done in the resort even though we weren’t able to use all of the facilities in our short stay. Outdoor pool was great as it was open later. Close to the city and a few supermarkets nearby 5 min drive away. The place was massive, and everything we needed was provided even some water, juice and jam.

Unit was clean, but there was some smell in one of the washrooms, and quite a few ants in the kitchen. Would have hoped that the TVs had Netflix capabilities as well, but just an extra suggestion!

The well appointed apartments had everything we needed....kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels, just perfect for our large family.

There was no access to the greenspace, other than walking through the pool area, as we were above the bistro. There should be a gate with keyfob access to get access to the greenspace between apartment 16 & 17. We were in apartments 14 & 15 with toddlers & it was difficult to get up to the playground without walking along the streets to get to an access point.

Very clean apartments situated next to the garden, which was perfectly taken care off. Spa and gym were very nice. It's a family friendly hotel.

The bistro restaurant was good for breakfast, but less appropriate to have dinner or a drink as it wasn't very cosy / inviting in terms of atmosphere. As we were staying at Boavista in low season the spa & Clubhouse restaurant was only open until 8pm. The outside pools located at the garden I would prefer to be fenced so that small kids cannot run into it by accident.

Very clean and well located apartment! The apartment is big, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is everyday room maintenance which is nice for an apartment. The service by the staff is great and the facilities are beautiful

There is a restaurant on site, which is awesome! However, the choices of food are average in my opinion. Also, note that it is two single beds in each room. I would have preferred a king size bed, but it was comfy anyhow. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
