I loved our stay there it was close proximity to walking to shops and other sights. The room was super great the beds were very comfortable except one had a slight squeak. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and could speak English bonus.

Proximity with the inner city, close to the main point. Property of the place Easyness of access : carpark, entry and balcoon Amable personal keen to speak in other language than portuguese

Kitchen access could be a bit more modern and cleaner. For some rooms like toilets they were open at night .... nothing big

Lovely location friendly and helpful staff

Someone kept smoking indoors and it just permeated the air. Not sure if it was a guest. The hotel is lovely so probably a guest

Friendly small hotel with a superb location for trips in the mountains, proximity to the centre of Lousa and restaurants, free parking. Our room was comfortable and clean, wi-fi good, continental breakfast very OK. Good relation value/price

Location was perfect for my wifes medical appointments. Breakfast was excellent. If we need to stay overnight again in Lousá we would use them again, very helpful.

Not there fault but we are used to a memory foam mattress and a harder pillow. Next time we would bring our own special pillows.
