The hotel has a good location, it is very clean, and its staff is very accommodating. The rooms are well equipped. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are nice, especially for the kids. Good value for money.

The breakfast could have been better (the eggs could be less cooked, the pastries fresher). The walls are very thin - one can hear the noise in the adjacent room.

Really comfortable room. Air conditioning excellent. Lovely balcony. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Breakfast never changed. Although we were informed that we could check out late we were asked to leave by 12 o clock check out time. Although an ATM was supposed to be available there is not one at the hotel.

Been to this hotel in thd pass, though this was the first time staying in the new part, And it was very bright and clean Staff as always was very helpful and polite

The room was huge with a large balcony, it was well furnished and very comfortable.. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Nice hilltop location with lovely views of hills and town. Nice little swimming pool. Staff member ELLSA was extremely friendly and helpful. (Thanks ELLSA) Nice room,clean and tidy.

Bar wasn't open although ELLSA sourced a couple of cold beers for me.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff spoke English which is often not the case when booking.com say they do 🙄

A restaurant or some food made available in the evening

It was very clean, and we could check in late.

We were not asked whether we wanted a twin or double room, and we were given a twin room. We were to tired to ask to change, but it would be nice to ask.

The Staff was very helpful. And the swimming pool area was quite peaceful and relaxing.

I would have preferred the breakfast to be set on tables. It is currently still a self service regime, however we have to queue up like we do in cantines.

To be fair, and I'm sure it's been said, the rooms are dated, and starting to show its age, plus no tea/coffee making facilities in the room ??
