The house was very clean, the beds were excellent. We asked for breakfasts and they provided us with an awesome selection of foods for our breakfasts. Loved the village and walking we did

Beautiful location in old rural village!! Communication with friendly host was good. Comfortable beds. Very quiet at night. They are busy building a swimming pool so there were some noise during the day. Raining so we could not go for a walk. Lovely feel about the village. Good wi-fi. We stayed with friend and made a lovely supper in the kitchen.

Everything was great, the hosts were very kind and helpful. The place is nice, clean, comfortable and well situated.

Do not trust Google Maps to find the house. It is in the center of Talasnal village, not higher up on the road as Google Maps seems to indicate (not the host's fault).

We loved the location and the communication with the hosts. They graciously met us later than we expected and were super helpful in telling us about the home and had a fire waiting on the rainy evening. They left supplies for the breakfast that were plentiful and good quality. We were glad to have the common space and had it to ourselves which was nice for the 4 of us. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and bathrooms modern and warm water for all! It was amazing to stay in such a nice place in the midst of a tiny mountainous schist town! Loved the hiking straight from our porch to a superbly beautiful hike over hills and streams and to a castle even if we had some sprinkles of rain.

Coffee could have been better, but other than that - awesome.

Village and amazing location in authentic house - access to the kitchen with all equipment to cook a meal - super quiet and rest full - the hikes around the villages.

Basement room is a little dark - not the best spot to hang out but there are other nice places to hang out around the house.

Clean, comfortable, owner very helpful - provided hiking and dining recommendations. Amazing schist village. Huge common area with kitchen was a nice bonus.

It is a cozy and clean house with everything we needed for a good stay. The house has four bedrooms and the kitchen and living rooms are shared by the guests. But as only two bedrooms were occupied, it was not an issue.

Amazing location, quaint place to stay. We didn’t want to leave! I have never stayed in a place like this before, so unique and ancient feeling but still CLEAN.

The warmest welcome from Marisa and great correspondence with the owner really made us feel at home. We had everything we needed and thr surroundings were fantastic!

I wouldn't change a single thing!

The building was rustic and old, as befits it location in an ancient rural village. But inside it is a roomy modern accommodation. Definitely all of the comforts of home. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The beds cozy and the shower worked well Breakfast was a “make it yourself” affair but the selection of bread, fruit, cheese, jams, cereal etc was more than adequate. You could find whatever you wanted I the cupboards or fridge. Portuguese breads are delicious especially with home made jam.
