The Three Marias is a very comfortable, pretty, friendly guesthouse in a lovely rural location, and Peter and Lineke could not be more helpful or welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and it was wonderful to have shady, outdoor spaces that we were welcome to use all day. Breakfast was also exceptional, with warm, local bread, Lineke's home baked cakes and fresh fruit. The guesthouse is also within easy reach of several river beaches, and only an hour from the coast. All in all, I cannot recommend it highly enough!

The location was perfect for our stay in the central region. The renovated traditional village house was simple, clean, well equipped room and the friendliest hoteliers we've met in years. The place has a flower and tree garden that should rate as a Zen shrine, Breakfast was phenomenal, all fresh products and made to perfection, We rarely needed lunch during our stay. the owners, a Dutch couple that settled in the are and renovated the inn, are fun to chat, very professional, gave us amazing tips and helped us secure reservations to various excursions. The place is not for glamping seekers, no TV, no Jacuzzi, just a good bed, great shower, excellent breakfast and a feeling of home away from home.

What is a pleasant surprise to find this small rural B&B! Very quiet and peaceful location, comfortable bed, traditional Portuguese casa layout. We loved common room with chairs and fireplace. Peter, our host, made us feel welcomed and well cared. Breakfast was exquisite with homemade jams, honey, yogurt with granola and fruits, etc. Mosteiro's River Beach is only 5 min drive and it was really nice to swim on hot day. Keep in mind it is a small village, no restaurants or nightlife but we consider it as advantage. I hope more people will discover this place and stay with Peter and Lineke

Our stay at the House of Three Marias Farmhouse was simply enchanting. From the warm welcome to the picturesque surroundings, this rustic retreat exceeded all our expectations. The farmhouse exudes charm, with its cozy rooms and traditional decor. The owner's attentive service made us feel like a valued guest throughout our stay. The farm-to-table breakfast was a delight, showcasing fresh ingredients from their garden. Exploring the lush countryside were the perfect ways to unwind. If you seek tranquility and a connection to nature, we highly recommend the House of Three Marias Farmhouse.

Breakfast was huge and varied,coffee was superb and freshly ground.Peter and Leneke were very welcoming and so helpful with local knowledge.I liked the outside terraces and cool breakfast cum living room for guests.It is such a charming property.I no doubt will be visiting again.

I have only praise for this stay and can think of no aspects in which to improve.They have covered all needed for a short or longer stay.

Everything was exceptional! The hosts are amazing, they receive us even when we were delayed and arrive almost at 10 pm! Every day the breakfast was amazing, they were incredibly careful since we have a dairy allergy and serve us delicious breakfast every day. The place is incredible, and the host makes you feel at home. This place you must go by car, since is not in the city. But if you're looking for quiet, peaceful, and amazing views. This is the place for you! couldn't recommended enough and definitely we are going back.

There is no kitchen, so for long-term stays it would be more complicated. We manage without cooking, but it would be more convenient to have. (I think that in the near future they will be one) so I wouldn't worry much.

Received a super warm welcome from Lineke. The place is very charming in a beautiful, quite location. You can feel love and care for every single detail. The garden and the views were great. Breakfast was very filling, made using products from their garden. Loved everything! If you are looking for a quite and beautiful escape, this is your place!

It would be impossible to find a nicer couple running a B&B! Our trip was short, but the highlight was actually the time we spent in the B&B, Peter and Lineke are the warmest most thoughtful and respectful hosts imaginable, and the ambience of the property, the gardens, the views, it just has to be seen to be believed! We highly recommend a stay here!

We only wished we could stay longer!

Peter was one of the best hosts that I had the please to meet. We felt at home right from the start with his hospitality and beautiful country house. If we need to stay again near Pedrógão Grande we will stay definitely again in the House of the three Marias.

Lineke and Peter are incredible hosts, they are kind, warm, welcoming, and give you a lot of attention. The place there is super quiet and calm in the middle of a rural area where your ears are blessed by the wind or the birds in the trees. Even though the temperature was high outside, the room was super cool and comfortable. I had an amazing night there. Also the breakfast is delicious with fresh and homemade dishes. This place felt like heaven to me. Thank you again for this wonderful time!
