Excellent view over the Blue Lake (Rio Zezere). Very big apartment with a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. Two excellent and very big TVs. Good welcome breakfast. Excellent outdoor pool.

No bar or restaurant on the property. It's impossible to buy a beer or food near the place (nearest supermarket is 15 min away).

The apartment is very specious and comfortable. The swimming pool is nice. The surroundings are calm and beautiful. If you look for a comfortable and quiet place - it is the perfect spot

The place is far from restaurants and shops. You need to have a car and do grocery shopping in the town that is 15 minute drive away. The kitchen is not sufficiently equipped The gym does not have many equipments

Huge, spacious rooms. Beautiful pool. Quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous view. Comfortable beds. Underground parking.

These are minor but it would be great to have had coffee capsules offered in the rooms with the coffee maker instead of having to purchase them when there is nowhere else to get coffee on site. The gym didn’t seem to have air conditioning.

Property was comfortable, spacious and with amazing views! The amenities were great!

There’s two eucalyptus trees inside of the lobby that have a very intense smell, which is not great for people with allergies, I recommend placing those outside. Additionally the hotel could leverage of a pool bar or good support.

Amazing views, perfect for relaxation. Would go there every week if I could. The girl on the reception was also soooo welcoming and helpful.

There is no breakfast option. I would have loved to order breakfast to the room. Other than that, everything was amazing.

No cafe in hotel territory. If you want a cup of coffee, you need to walk 800 meters. And if it hot outside.. The furniture is not in best condition.

The deluxe suites are very large, have good comfortable beds, a big balcony and an absolutely breathtaking view. The pool on the top floor is excellent, with the same awesome views. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, while the tennis court is great. Overall stunning & amazing value!

Some of the furniture & definitely the equipment in the kitchen could be updated (e.g. cutlery). This was a shame, but didn’t really dent the awesome proposition of the hotel.

Some of the facilities... For example we were a family of 4 and they didn't have all the equipment for the paddle boards, there were a lot of parts missing that we couldn't even use them. The paddle boards were not inflated properly and that is very dangerous for someone without experience. The bicycles were ok but once again not enough of them.

. The nature around . Mariá is an asset to the property. She gave is valuable info to enjoy the city and made us feel very welcome . Swimming pool with nice views.

. Absence of a restaurant or a vending machine with sandwiches or snacks.

The location is beautiful and the views gorgeous! The flat was great, spacious, had all the infrastructure needed. The shared facilities are great, swimming pool and gym. Staff is friendly and gave us all the attention needed
