The deluxe suites are very large, have good comfortable beds, a big balcony and an absolutely breathtaking view. The pool on the top floor is excellent, with the same awesome views. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, while the tennis court is great. Overall stunning & amazing value!

Some of the furniture & definitely the equipment in the kitchen could be updated (e.g. cutlery). This was a shame, but didn’t really dent the awesome proposition of the hotel.

Very big apartment, clean with amazing views.

Some of the facilities... For example we were a family of 4 and they didn't have all the equipment for the paddle boards, there were a lot of parts missing that we couldn't even use them. The paddle boards were not inflated properly and that is very dangerous for someone without experience. The bicycles were ok but once again not enough of them.

Perfect place to relax and unwind. Huge apartment with perfect views of the lake. It was so quiet i could hear my thoughts. Has an amazing pool and a very big sauna overlooking the lake.

Food option if you do not want to cook for yourself are very limited.

Silence, the landscape. Very good climitazation of the whole hotel. Very much recomend for families. Pet friendly,which is great.

No services at the pool, and a supermarket only 15 min drive distance.

Missing a bar/ cafeteria. Would be nice to have something to drink or eat specially because the supermarket is really far from the location (15-20min car ride)

Fantastic location in the middle of central Portugal overlooking the lake. Great looking hotel, very spacious, large apartment which was exceptionally clean. just loved everything about this apartment hotel.

nothing to dislike though as it’s self catering there are no food facilities on site but cafes and sister hotel restaurant within 2 minute car journey.

Every corner of the apartment were very neat and clean. The entire apartment was very spacious. The aprtment is with terra cotta floor. I enjoyed the furniture settings and ambience of the apartment. The balconies are big and with great view to the quiet lake. There is a big swimming pool, gym and sauna.

Loved the location. Our apartment was massive and the view was amazing. We had a huge balcony overlooking the pool and a beautiful view of the lake. There was complimentary bread, milk, water and juice in the kitchen which was handy. Bed in the bedroom was the best bed I've ever slept in. Apartment was very clean.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable but when we mentioned it at reception we were given 2 fold up beds which were much better

The location is perfect for those in love with watersports. Right in front of the venue is a cable park, and several wakeboard schools in direct proximity. It's a pity that there are almost no restaurants nearby but all overall its a very good option.

The pool was very cold and the coffee capsule we bought in the reception did not provide any good output (the morning coffee was devastating).

Beautiful location! Amazing place to stay and relax at. the pool was so nice!!! Rooms were very large, and super clean!!!

Staff didn’t seem super friendly, could have been a language barrier issue possibly but we felt like we were bothering them from the moment we arrived 😬
