It is simply beautiful. Simple and beautiful. You have everything you need. Enough showers, enough space in the room, breakfast, comfortable beds and also a small balcony. The staff are super friendly. There is also a fridge where you can buy drinks. The location is unbeatable in the centre of the old town. I've been there several times because Tomar is simply marvellous.
The only thing I would mention would be to bring oropax. The hostel is located in the pedestrianised area of the old town with lots of cafés and bars. With the window open, it is only quieter from around midnight. But you can't blame the hostel for that.

Best staff ever! Nice people, always kind. Location amazing.. Rooms are big and cool vibes. Clean, safe and convenient. Has a mediocore breakfast but still, you have some basics.. but kitchen is open to guests’ usage.
The problem is there is no internet in the rooms :( such a place hosting so many international guests, a bir weird assuming all the guests using local mobile operators and don’t need internet at all! you need to go to the lobby to use the internet every time and not so convenient way of resting. And if you’re in any room in front, seeing main road, the jingle of a toy (or dunno what) in the small shop right accross the hostel can stuck in your brain forever! the most annoying thing. exposing people a continuous same sound maybe a way of torture from middle ages or something dunno :) but pls! It’s a nonstop jingle all day :)

Seems like it’s Tomar’s only hostel, it is very well-maintained, spacious common room and dorm room, kitchen, super clean shower room and stable hot water (so appreciate!!) I hope there could be more guests visiting Tomar and stay in this lovely place.
1. No curtain of dorm bed. Upper bunk bed seems difficult to climb up and down. 2. A lot of flies in common room and kitchen, but this seems happening in the street and many restaurants of Tomar town as well, not only in this hostel. 3. No WiFi in dorm room (but wifi is fine in common space )

Loved this hostel and the lovely staff. The female dorm was spacious with high ceilings , and big window. My stinky Camino laundry was washed , folded and smelling fresh and clean for €8 . Breakfast buffet was simple but tasty with fresh rolls, jams, juices, and cereal. Multiple bathrooms for choice of dorm style or single toilet . Great location and vibe!
Breakfast great, but not a fan of the Instant coffee .

Everything was nearly perfect
The structure of the hostel is such that people can not avoid to make noise especially late at night. The common room is like a hall reflecting loud all what is said. And when people come back to the hostel saturday night and make some noise you wake up. They will sleep and you as a pilgrim start the next morning by 6:00. the hostel is very friendly, very helpful, clean and excellent Location, but if you are sensitive to noise, think twice. That is also said in gronze.com the ultimate guide for the camino

The staff were very friendly and informative and it was clearly very organised. The room (female dorm - 8 beds) felt like there was enough space for everyone and they had ensured that each bed had a light and charging port, alongside a locker. The showers and bathrooms were clean and relatively modern. I used the washing facilities and this was efficient and not over priced, with plenty of space to hang out your clothes to dry.
You had to make your bed yourself which was slightly tricky on the top bunk but manageable.

Very friendly workers and also visiters. Felt very welcoming and safe and a good price for what you got. Breakfast was enough, they had many showers and a cosy lounge place. I lived there for a week but many stays just a couple of days.
Since its in the centre it could be a bit noisy during night.

Everything! A hostel for pilgrims, the camaraderie, was great. The staff, Alexandra (I think that is her name), was lovely The rooms were cleaned, comfortable, and themed with the Portuguese cultural greatest (Amalia Rodrigues / fado - was mine) Showers were great Location was perfect
Don't like the idea that towels are not provided, but at least it only costs 1€

Good, clean and well equipped kitchen. Breakfast with lot of choices. Although I had the top bunk, it was comfortable and didn’t make any noise while moving.
Its stated on their page, but no parking. In high season you might not even find a spot near by. Room was too hot. We had to leave the window open and there was noise from the outside.

This property had a fantastic location, and besides that it was very well laid out and the staff was so nice. They do need to update their mattresses. You could fill the springs and coils and roping inside of them. But other than that, the property was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.
The mattresses need replacing. Old and the insides hit your ribs.
