The style was cute. The views are amazing, Well kept. The staff were lovely.

Tiny bathroom in the deluxe room we booked. Drain in shower was very slow, flooded the floor, had to have a slow flow showers. No items in the mini bar, but list and cost was there! Only hand /shower soap provided. No drying rack or slippers( as stated on list of items in room) The fire extinguishers on our floor(2) both out of date, 2017.. Not enough sun lounges by pool.

Excellent place to stop for the night on our first, jet-lagged day from Lisbon to points beyond in the NE of the country. Hotel is on the top of probably the highest hill in the town and thus has a commanding excellent view. The staff were extremely friendly and the on-site restaurant was fine for us for happy hour and dinner. The provided breakfast the next morning was extremely good - lots of variety of fresh everything. Hotel has a smallish parking lot and we had no problem parking there but depending upon your arrival time and what season you visit you may find that lot full and have to park down the street.

The view from my room, my balcony, the bar and the dining room, a view that seemed to go on forever. Great fun watching the fog roll up the valley and hide the city of Abrantes while we were in sunshine only to watch the fog retreat. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, also a tasty dinner. Facilities very clean and staff very helpful.

Nothing other than I don't drive and the hotel is not really within walking distance from Abrantes train station. I thought there was a city bus but never found it. Luna Hotel Turismo was very helpful in arranging a cab back to train station.

The location was magnificent with the view looking over the city. The room was cozy, very clean, with a balcony which allowed to see the gorgeous sunrise and set. The staff were pleasant with an exceptional waiter in dining room who spoke English well and had great humour. Will highly recommend to all.

On our final morning upon leaving a Manager/Supervisor (male) came out while we were speaking with concierge who has been very helpful with directions and the male person made us feel unwelcomed to the point of rushing out.

Our beautiful and comfortable room, amazing atmosphere we experienced in the lounge after breakfast, with all the sunlight coming in, warming up our souls - it was beautiful! And just what we needed for a cosy little family holiday. The beautiful sunrise and sunset, we were lucky to see every single day of our stay, the views from up there... priceless! The most friendly staff. Delicious and various breakfast. Very well located, very central, although not right in the middle of the city center.

We always wanted to come back here after our stay was cut short when covid closed everything down. It was everything and more. The hotel is lovely with the most amazing view from a very comfortable sitting area. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast choice was excellent and dinner was also excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

The view, the location, comfortable rooms, plentiful breakfast. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. Restaurants available within walking distance. Try Bom Sabor!! The hotel surpassed our expectations.

The coffee! Definitely room for improvement there. The cappuccino from the machine tastes like hot chocolate. Coffee with milk tasted a bit watered down. It would be great if staff could prepare carafes of hot coffee and milk for guests that like "American" style coffee with their breakfast. On the bright side, for espresso lovers, they have a machine that makes short and long shots. Carpets in hallways are a bit worn and need to be replaced. Parking is limited so more spaces would be helpful.

Comfortable bedroom, swimming pool, location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Lovely hotel with gorgeous views.

No soya/oatmilk or spread for vegans, although plenty of fruit, bread, and mushrooms and tomatoes as hot food. But staff really helpful and did heat the oatmilk I brought with me so I could have oats for breakfast. Really good choice of breakfast for others.

Excellent swimming pool with a lot of place to enjoy the sun and the pool area. Also possibilities to fitness or even take Turkish bath. Very fine breakfast with a lot of choice, very fresh and tasteful food to choose from, we really appreciated this start of the day. As a location the hotel in Abrantes is perfectly suited to visit Tomar, Coimbra, Fatima, Batalha, Acobaca, etc. A lot to see in the area and not that far away (excellent place to start your trip).

Due to a technical glitch the wifi was unavailable in the rooms (only working at the reception). Which was a bit less comfortable... but this will probably be repaired soon. No other remarks to be made.

The outdoor swimming pool and breakfast are amazing.

There should be a note in the spa area advising guests that must require at the reception for make spa facilities to be available and ready to use. Also, the room without a balcony or outdoor area wasn't ideal. We were there before and had a nice space outside.
