It’s a lovely hotel staff are wonderful great breakfast

It needs some maintenance wall paper peeling in our room little knocks here and there lots of lime scale in the pool some rust just general maintenance was lacking, hot tub did not work, my biggest disappointment is the restaurant it is awful I’m sorry to say choice is limited food is served cold or not cooked properly it is overpriced but there are plenty of good restaurants locally

The staff, and especially the receptionist, was fantastic. 👏 👏 The restaurant was superb, Ans The location is stunning

Foot note, I don't blame the staff, just the owners The Aircom to the bedroom didn't work ?? So had to leave the balcony door open all night, And for a country that loves its coffee, we were shocked only to have 2x sachets of coffee in the room and no milk/cream ?? Personally that's a very poor service for a 4 star hotel

Room was nice an comfortable and outdoor facilities amazing

The SPA and pool are small for the dimension of the hotel especially fully booked in august but the outdoor space provide other activities and compensate well

Excellent breakfast spread, indoor pool, games room, children room and very helpful staff

Restaurant opens very late (19:30) which makes it difficult to eat if you have small children

The breakfast moment was very rich and with several different options; and I especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the gymnasium. To finish, the staff was attentive and caring for everyone's needs. Excellent surprise!

Large modern, comfortable room with open view and sunlight in the morning. Spa facilities were all working (hot tub, sauna, steam room, pool) and not busy, thanks to booking slots. Staff were helpful and attentive. Free car charging for Tesla + a schuko socket, which is fine for an overnight charge. Wildlife park next door is good for a gentle walk.

Breakfast was let down by tasteless sliced cheese and fake orange juice, but otherwise quite comprehensive, including scrambled eggs and croissants. Dinner was disappointing given the price - we had vegetarian options and they are clearly an afterthought.

pool, spa, breakfast, restaurant, room. It's all good. I've stayed before and will again. I have more work in the area! The surrounding hills are stunning.

Great location! Lovely views. a lot of activities to do with your family (walking, tenis, indoor pool, etc)
