Location, friendly staff and the cleanliness, Breakfast was in a very nice big room. Coffee was good . Rooms were basic but modern and clean. Good shower and water pressure. Fantastic to walk into an AC-cooled room!

The only thing is that the water temp would go from tepid to hot and back.

Very good place. The staff is very friendly and the place have a familiar feel to it. The room was very clean and big ... with a good bathroom. It is located in central Lousa, close to everything and maybe 20mns walk to the river beach and the hiking trails. there are many info about local activities in the hotel. Its a "bike hotel".

The breakfast was ok. The rooms have soundproofing problems.. at least mine. The pluming is noisy. Every time a neighbor room opens the bathroom water it was a big noise inside... but super noisy indeed. I had to wake up sometime at 6am because my neighbor is washing is hands or something.

The hotel was decent value for money. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a good selection.

The reception is open only a couple of hours a day.

Price-quality is very good, + breakfast included. Being low season and Wednesday. Room is basic, but clean and having all the needed.

Nice friendly staff. I had stayed in this hotel 30 yrs previously so wanted to return for old times sake , Totally tranformed . Very clean and all fine. It's lost a bit of the old 'character' but much brighter and cleaner now. Nice view from our window
