Warm welcome, the receptionist was very nice, we liked the friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were large, and we got quiet room. There is a coffee set in the room The breakfast was very good. In the place free shuttle to the marina. The hotel has parking for free, we had enough parking near the entrance.

The water in the shower was not hot enough

The hotel was really nice - my daughter stayed in a Villa across the road so spent all my days over there, but the hotel was lovely The hotel staff were very friendly - I reported my Air Conditioning wasn't working to reception and it was sorted that same day Great Location with free shuttle bus from and to the Hilton across the road to the Marina daily - plus was able to use the Spa facilities at the Hilton should I wish to do so The food was great - I was breakfast only and plenty of choice was on offer I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay - although not much for children to do other than the pool - best for Adults only stay

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Very relaxing, good location and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Although a 30 min walk to marina, it was a very nice walk to get down there. A couple of nice restaurants near the hotel, and a Spar a 10 minute walk which was handy. Great selection of food and drinks to purchase at the hotel. Although pool is small, nice place to cool down and was never too busy.

Pictures on booking.com make it look like there’s a spa in the hotel but this was not the case. Some of the loungers could have done with a clean.

The property was really clean, great choice of breakfast. The staff where very pleasant. My fault the hotel was further out than what I realised but only £5 in a Uber.

The room had no mirror in the bedroom for getting ready and doing my hair and make up. There was not enough plugs for charging and plugging devices in. If I wanted to use the kettle I had to unplug the fridge. If I wished to use my hair straightener, I had to unplug the light and there was no mirror to look in that the cord would reach.

Friendly staff, great location. Great for families. A quiet and small hotel. Location was peaceful with a train nearby that takes you through vilamoura, the old town and to the beaches. Very quiet on a night time. A shop is only ten minutes walk. Family room was spacious with a sofa bed and a very very large king bed. Would happily come back to this hotel!!

Pool was a bit cold for July , there's a huge tree that blocks the sun so pool takes awhile to heat up but was still bearable and able to use. Balconies didn't get enough sun to sunbathe on but plenty of sunbeds round the pool.

The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The rooms were really clean and the cleaners did a fabulous job with the rooms and changing staff daily. The food around the pool was reasonable and tasty. The children’s menu was good too and big portions. The cocktails were our favourite, Pedro was really fantastic and made the stay really fun! We didn’t get the man’s name that was on the evening shift but he went above and beyond for me and my children.

The air con in the room wasn’t amazing. If you’re a sun worshipper the pool is quite shaded in the morning. We think it would be better to have an option to eat from the lunch menu at dinner time if you don’t want the buffet.

Had a problem Initially as the room we booked on Booking.com stated 'Garden pine view room', no such room exists!! The manager is taking it up with Booking .com re marketing, but the manager was amazing and compensated by offering us another larger room in a quieter location overlooking the pool, not ideal but a very nice room Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Very clean standard of the the hotel in general and Breakfast amazing

Not a lot around the hotels area.

Had a lovely stay, the hotel was lovely. The staff were amazing and so friendly and accommodating. It was nice and quiet due to time of year but weather was hot and the pool area was great. The breakfast in the morning is really nice, self-serve cooked breakfast, cereal, fruits, fresh pastries. Isn’t far away from the marina and things, Spar shop a 6 minute walk away. It’s set in a nice area too. Didn’t want to leave.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast very good - hot and cold options and included freash fruit. Room clean, tidy and comfortable. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting.

Main facility required was Airport transport - showing on Bookings and Hotel Webpage but not available. Not much in the area in walking distance. Room 219 Storage - difficulty opening wardrobe doors - very stiff and handles to small (cut finger opening door), didn't realise the dresser unit had cupboards - push locks but not indicated - found by accident.
