A few noisy groups of teens were staying next to us the last few nights of our holidays. They were partying, screaming and slamming doors until 6am. It put a damper on the end of the holiday as we were exhausted from lack of sleep over it we had 3 children with us. I only booked this holidays as it stated on website no parties or hen amd stags and quiet time after 10pm but nothing was done about them.

Absolutely everything it’s a really wonderful place to stay and the staff are honestly amazing from Julia who is a truly wonderful lady and so very accommodating and lovely Fernando and Fernando Marko John and the manager and guys on the front desk Jorge and co honestly nothing is ever too much trouble and myself and family have visited so many times and will continue to do so sending love and best wishes to you one and all my lovely Parque Mourabel family x❤️🙏🇵🇹

Stayed at Mourabel last year opposite side of the road. This time was facing the pool and we were 3 people, apartment was fine but bedroom very small (bed was in way when opening the bedroom door) and space for hanging clothes etc very limited and old. It looked like part of the apartment had been updated so maybe still in progress. Wifi good but noticed that it took some time for devices to charge but other than that. it was nice to have bar there to be able to partake of cold drinks when sunbathing and to have a drink before retiring in the evening. Also nice to have the courtesy bus to take you to beach / marina. Also no matter what time you went to pool there was always a sunbed to be had.

As mentioned above bedroom was very small and husband moved to bed in sitting room as he felt claustrophobic.

From the time we arrived the staff were wonderful. They are very polite and would do anything for you. One staff member in particular was a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't get his name but he was the older gentleman that was in the restaurant part of the hotel. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant for all meals was cheap and cheerful and the portion size was good. The hotel is a small bit out of the way but saying that it is perfect for families that don't want the hustle and bustle or party life.A walk to the main marina was around 20 to 25 mins. Would highly recommend using an Uber or bolt taxi to travel further.

The only bad thing we did not like was the entrance door into our apartment at around 06.30 in the morning the sun would blast in the window as it had no blind on it.

Our apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Just over a 2k walk to the Marina but there is a lovely path the whole way in which we walked everyday. The pool is lovely and restaurant/bar is very cheap. Apartment was quiet and it was quiet down by the pool, no issues getting a sunbed.

The WiFi wasn’t great and kept cutting in and out for me or sometimes just not working at all.

We had a great one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Spacious balcony and lounge. Comfy beds, Well equipped kitchen. Big pool as mostly people come and go and don't try and reserve sun loungers for the whole day. Super friendly bar staff and cheap drink, especially happy hour.

As with a lot of Portuguese holiday lets the decor is clean but quite dated. The kitchen was decent but the bathroom could have done with an upgrade. There were a few leaks.

The apartment was spacious, great for a small family of 4. The pool was a bonus for the days we didn’t want to go out - great to entertain the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Location was a bit far, which wasn’t a problem for us because we had a car but could be for someone that’s not driving. This is not necessarily a problem but I wish there was a washing machine and dishwasher in the flat. It would be very handy.

A HIDDEN GEM: I keep returning to this Oasis, just outside Vilamoura. The staff, from the managers down were like one large family, which we all felt part of! Nothing was too much trouble to make your stay a joyful one. The restaurant was super and food very reasonably priced. A BIG thanks to Julia and all the team in the kitchen, take a bow guys, you deserve it. Just love this hotel, made loads of new friends again, and can’t wait to return again soooooon! Parque Mourabel Hotel features a complex of air-conditioned apartments, plus Oasis Village with a variety of 1,2 and 3 bed apartments.. The balconies are bigger than most, the buildings being designed so that it feels private & hardly overlooked. Each comes with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom; and a safe is available. Got a lovely double bed with two large loungers in the living room. There is also a kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and fridge. It offers an outdoor pool surrounded by gardens. Located just 2km from the beautiful Vilamoura Marina, can be reached by a fabulous walk, between two highways, bedecked with trees and shrubs. Hotel has a courtesy coach too, plus a number of low cost tourists trains, with drop offs at the magnificent Falesia Beach and the Old Village – well worth a visit. As I said a Hidden gem!

Would like to see better notification of "Lunch" and "Dinner" Specials posted at strategic points - i.e Reception, Bar entrances etc. Same for Entertainment - What's on, DJs, nights they are playing and TV matches - Premiership etc.

Just draws on the strings of the heart ❤️ Mourabel has something very special. Keep going back, year after year. See the same fab friends, and our family is getting bigger and bigger each year. It's a testament to the friendliness of the Mourabel team. The warmth of the staff and relaxed atmosphere, is a joy to behold. Thanks guys for another memorable holiday 🎉🎉🎉💖

Have been here many times, very well kept complex and we were acvomodated with rooms requested too, reception staff very acvomodating, leisurely 25 min walk into Villamoura.

Ate in restaurant one evening, kitchen door very noisy and kept banging, pointed this out to the staff and told ' yes they knew'.... moved outside with 5 dining, food was reasonably good but when asked how everything was I said that my stak was overcooked and the dish was very salty....... and that was it..... walked away and nithing happened. DONT BOTHER asking if everything is ok only to IGNORE your customers comments..... was very dissaponted by this conduct and service.
