the location is convenient for travelers—it’s close to the train station, and the city center and main attractions are within walking distance.

The hotel is not in a cozy or pleasant environment; there is a constant smell of weed and urine in the area, and people are frequently shouting on the street. The hotel breakfast is not very generous; it would be nice to have more hot food options, not just scrambled eggs. The cable TV was not working for several days, making the television useless since it is not a smart TV. Additionally, the housekeeping staff somehow misplaced the cap of my cosmetic product, which now puts me at risk of spilling it.

The hotel is located very close to the central railway station and many of the city attractions. The hotel was very clean and cosy. We did here any sounds from outside or from neighbours. We had enough towels in the bathroom, they were clean. The breakfast war fine, not many dishes to choose from, but one could eat enough. And finally... We met a lady working at the hotel. She is Ukrainian as we are. And she was so nice and friendly, like I met a very close friend! Thank you, dear! People like you make me feel so happy!

I wish there was an electric kettle in the room. It was missing and it wasn't possible to make tea when we were back from a walk late evening on Sunday.

All the staff I spoke with were super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as it's close to the Hamburg HBF. But I wouldn't walk around the place after the nightfall. There weren't a lot of people on the street and if there were, they weren't the kind of people you'd want to run into at night... Breakfast was great, and the room was clean. One of the staff even cleaned the room upon my request in the morning which really helped with my schedule for the day.

Nice hotel perfect for overnight stay next to train station. We especially liked the way it is decorated. The room was very nice but the bathroom very impractical

The lack of attention to details. Shower doors made cabin much too tight, soap in bathroom (which was up) never got replaced even though we asked, no english speaking tv channels etc. Felt as if management had lost the guest's perspective.

There was a friendly welcome at the entrance, and our check-in process was completed without any problems. It's a real monster of a location, as it's a 2-minute walk from a central station, there are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, and there's also a market open until late at night, 5 minutes away. Our room - contrary to the comments we read - was larger than we expected, including the bathroom! Its heating was quite sufficient even on the snowy days of January. Having a 24/7 reception is also an advantage, they helped us with every request. Although the area around the hotel looked a bit eerie, no problems were experienced. There are places on the bed where the springs loosen over time, but I won't deduct points for that. If I come to Hamburg again, it will definitely be the facility I choose!

As I said, the location of the hotel seems a bit uncanny, but this is just an impression. If you smoke in front of the door at night, there will be people asking for cigarettes, other than that there is nothing :))

Room is decent sized, on the small/budget side but good enough. Bathroom is small but the shower door opens inwards and is a bifolding two door thing it's awesome and seems to be typical in German hotels? I was pleasantly surprised. TV works well, internet works well. The area around the hotel felt pretty safe, it is a short walk to the train station which is the biggest benefit

Check in was slow and quite delayed as the room wasn't ready at the check in time. Staff was friendly as I had to use google translate back and forth. Not really any views from the room and you'd want to keep curtains closed for privacy anyway

at the reception some young but extremely friendly, kind and prepared guys (a real excellence!!) location: just outside the central station, no more than 100/150 meters

The price of water is excessive, there should be some free water in the room as a welcome The room was not very warm, probably because of the outside temperature which was -8 (it could have been heated a bit more for such a cold night)

Location is brilliant. Quiet street but just off Hamburg HBF, with access in seconds to trains, U stations and buses, or just walk through this lovely city

I had a single room, which I could fit into, and fortunately I didn’t bring a cat, as I couldn’t have swung it. It’s fine tho, bathroom and shower were great.

The Hotel was located less than a 5 minute walk from Hamburg main station.. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel and room was kept very clean.i will be back

Great location just a few minutes walk from Hamburg Central train station which was exactly as I wanted. Lovely room very clean, comfortable bed & had a good night sleep - staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were no coffee/tea facilities in the which is a shame room.
