It felt luxurious. The decor of the property was neat and gave off good vibes. The room was cozy and comfortable. The AC was fantastic. The bathroom had the best shower i've used in a hotel before. The breakfast was good. Across the street from a Mall that has plenty to eat.

The check-in process took way too long. Longer than any hotel i've been to. Can't think of anything else that I disliked.

Nice hotel with security at the entry. I was in a double bed room at the 7th floor. It was quiet, well decorated. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is super cool and helpful, speaks good English. The hotel is just in front of a big commercial center and you have restaurants and fast foods nearby. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

Even if I knew the hotel was in the north zone of Rio, I didn't expect it to be that far. You can take the metro but it is quite far and its location not super safe at night. You basically going to take buses for at least 20 min or ubers to go too the center of rio or the beaches. My room was clean but unfortunately there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, probably some canalization issues. But it was moderate and stayed only in the bathroom.

I think the shopping center / the mall across the street added so much value to this property. There is no fine dining around the hotel, and I go to the mall every day for food, necessity, and shopping. The hotel itself is fine, I can't think of anything that is outstanding or dissatisfied. The breakfast is also fine, I like that they provide it. Overall, it was a fine stay.

I loved the location to Nilton Santos stadium, it's a walkable distance. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the place was very clean.

Was a little expensive.

Unfortunately unable to draw cash in the ATM , I asked the hotel to pay and collect from in by Card Payment , but they refused. Somewhat i felt very sad and bad.

Everything is good in this place. We have Elvis with all paciente and excellent person. High recommend this place. Wonderful breakfast. Good value of money.

Delicious breakfast every day. My room was clean and bright and the receptionists/ workers are friendly. I had a great stay.
