How nice the rooms are, it goes above and beyond what you would expect. The breakfast is really good at this location it’s the only one that has homemade waffles. And on top of it all they have a swimming pool and a slide and hot tub so yeah this property takes the cake

The elevator was broken for alot of my stay and I am disabled so yeah this sucks

Breakfast was a great value. Nice variety and ample portions being served. Overall, great bang for the buck. Comfortable room. Found it a little warm even with air-conditioning on. Could not find a way to set below 22 degrees.

Dissapointed upon check in. No transport cart available in lobby. One of your employees was kind enough to help take luggage to my room. 1st day, hot tub temperature did not meet expectations. Expressed concern with your front desk employee. 2nd day, hot tub temp. much better.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. The room was very good, better than what I expected, especially for the price. We had a pleasant experience. Our kids loved the pool. Would love to come and stay once the slide is functioning again.

There are some strange people wondering about outside in the parking area, but that can be found almost everywhere these days.

The room was clean - the beds were comfortable - the pool area was in good shape - the breakfast area was clean and well stocked - the staff were friendly.

Not the fault of the facility - being swarmed in the breakfast area by group of rude persons who cleared out the options and left a large mess - each taking 6 - 8 plates of food to their rooms - while leaving a trail of food on the floor to the elevator as it spilled off their plates

I like the breakfast also the swimming pool and whirlpool,coffee and tea in the rooms and staff were awesome.

Well it would be nice if you got new tv and a better cable stations,not much selection on tv plus quality not good , You could improve in this area all else is fine.its seems cheap tvs and cable station

Location, relaxed environment. We have 2 children but wanted to get away for the night with them and wasn't bombarded with the kids screaming etc in the pool. Awesome hotel

The weed being smoked outside the front doors. I am not a toker and I do get high off of second hand smoke... would've been very upset if my children were with me

The breakfast was ok. There is a waffle maker, but everything else is cold. I read in other reveiws about the sketchy people who hang around, and there is people who hang around. But we said hi to them and they were quite friendly!

The hotel was great and the kids loved it. I booked through booking a family room and one extra room. We did not get a family room at all! I am not sure if they even have family rooms, I didn't complain because i didn't book through the hotel.

It was good for the price. Room was clean, however, the bath towel were worn out. but over all the experience was great with friendly and informative staff at the desk.

Complimentary Breakfast information was not highlighted at the time of check-in. I only discovered on the last day.

The hotel seems to be able to accommodate a wide variety seems like no matter where your from your home hard to put in to words but after a week I think I will miss being hear

The breakfast needs a refresh it was staffed by a great person. But was very basic unless you factor in the cost of the room then it was a bonus because at the price any other hotel would just not provide anything

Pool and waterslide was a delight to spend time with kids. Room ok, bed was clean. Breakfast did not try much of it. Great location, access to everything within minutes of driving.
