The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable

I asked if it was safe to park in their lot and the front desk attendant hesitantly said they had a few issues a month ago. My boyfriend drives a Porsche so was worried after he said this but had no other choice. My boyfriend said he’d park in a well lit area. When we went out in the morning, police were there and 3 cars had their windows smashed in overnight. 2 of the cars were extremely close to our car. I felt sick about how close we came to being a victim too. There may have been more but we only saw 3 in our short walk to our car. If they know there’s a problem, they should hire overnight security to protect their customers vehicles.

The pool was a great ad to the stay. The Room was clean. Free bottled water was nice

I booked a room for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids (12 and under) with breakefest included. However, at the front desk, I was told the breakefest was not included for kids. I had to pay for kids breakefest even though Booking.com reservation confirmed it was included. Everything else was ok. But I would have book somewhere else if I.known I had to pay for kids breakefest.

I loved the pool and the fact I coud sit outside in the sunshine beside the pool. Your elevators are amazingly fast and efficient.

I found the room so dark that I had a hard time seeing in the room without straining. I do have eye issues so next time would ask if there is a light coloured room. I didn't realize what an issue this would be for me. I also had trouble with the remote and it took two calls and visits by staff to receive a better working one. Again with it being a dark room and with my eye issues, I could barely read the controls as the writing was getting worn off. I believe the batteries were also wearing out. I was also hoping to stay another night but the huge increase in cost for a second night discouraged me from staying again.

Them rooms were clean. The cleaning staff were friendly. The bed sheet has a little stain on the bottom off the bed.

I recieved an email to check in the day before. When I got to the hotel , I got there at around 12:45p-1p. .I assumed that when I arrived in Canada it was ok for me to check in. The person who helped me at the desk I believed his name was Jonathan. He just say the room is not ready come back in 2 hours or call . This was the gentelman who worked the morning shift. He did not seam friendly, body language needs to be worked on. He needs to understand that customer service is the #1 priority . This can either make or break a business.

The bartender was very nice and she was very polite.

was told on the phone when I was booking that I can check in early at 5:00am as I drove from Connecticut to attend a funeral in a rush. When I checked in the person told me that I have to pay another $100 for an early check in. That upset me the most. I said on the phone the person said I wont be charged anything extra under the circumstances I was in. I drove almost 9 hrs. The manager was not cooperative at all and it was 5:00am and I was already upset on my relatives untimely death.

restaurant waitresses are terrific GREAT SERVICE

THE FRONT DESK AND THE GREETING not good at all , we have stayed there many times and staff in restaurant know us and i know he has seen us ,, but he said he didnt remember,, he could have pretended,, no carisma at all, you need a new greeter, the ladies in the restaurant remember us each time we stay and i appreciate that its like coming home, the service at the desk is lacking, we booked i n advance and he couldnt find it, im in a wheel chair and he had no rooms for me, but found a 2 bed room finally , get rid of him

House keeping staff is knocking our door if we are checking out already well in fact the check out time is until 11 am and it’s only about passed 9 am and we were not yet ready that time . That’s being rude and they should check the list first in the reception and wait till the guess is ready to check out not knocking and on the door to. Make sure we are already leaving ?????? I don’t like that it’s not right it’s like an insult and rude to do that

The beds were comfortable& clean and the attendant came to the room as soon as i told them the heat was not going on. Parking was easy and the staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and it was nice to see a small workout room at this facility.

The pillows were to soft for me. The doors to each room closed hard when people did not hold them as they closed. The windows need attention as they were fogged up with moisture and then leaked on the carpet.

The breakfast was very nice, multiple choice and option for fruits, joghurt, granola and also freshly cooked eggs. Staff very friendly, also the lady at the bar who recommended nice food for dinner.

ALthough I signaled that I am planning to take a rest, given my long journey and jetlag from Europe, the room which I was given first was right next to the elevator (??!!) which is loud also next to the ice machine. I had to go back and ask the reception to change my room. However, they were very kind and changed the room right away so it worked out well at the end.

The room, the decor of the room, modern furniture etc.. the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly which was really nice.

There was one elevator out of service but it was still opening for people to go in which seemed a little dangerous as the doors would open and shut
