Close to the airport and nice cleaning staff and clean

The waits for the shuttle were longer than I expected or remembered. I had thought they were 15 min but instead were a half hour or more between shuttles. I waited 1/2 hour the night I came in and 40 min when I was coming from downtown the next day. I’d use the hotel only for staying overnight for flights. I had to use it because I was in town during the Taylor Swift concerts and downtown hotel rooms were too expensive. The slow shuttle made back and forth agonizingly slow.

We had just landed after a long trip back from Thailand, and the convenience couldn’t have been better — the shuttle took us straight from the airport to the front door! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like absolute royalty. We were even offered an upgrade to the Presidential Suite — such a generous surprise! But let me tell you, the King Corner Suite was perfect — spacious, stylish, and the bed... soo comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind in style. We’ll definitely be back for all our future trips. 5/5 stars — no question!

We ended up here through a flight cancellation that left us unexpectedly in Toronto overnight while returning to Newark from Europe. Needless to say, we were grumpy, exhausted and frustrated when we arrived. And the hotel and no power. Despite all of this, the staff was nothing but courteous, professional and resourceful - doing everything from handing out numbers for an orderly manual check in to providing soft drinks and cookies for guests waiting in the lobby. At a time when nothing was going right, the staff at the Hilton made every effort to make a terrible day better.

The outside of the hotel is quite dated. The interior is actually quite nice, and the rooms appear to have bene recently refreshed and updated.

I arrived at 11am, and while the check in time is 3pm, I was lucky enough to have my room already ready. The fitness center was amazing, and the pool was wonderful. The food I had at the bar was great, and the staff were friendly. My room was very clean, and larger than I expected. The shower pressure was also really nice.

I tried to relax in the sauna but there were guests screaming and yelling at eachother so it made it hard to relax. The toilet in my room was a little off kilter, but otherwise seemed fine. I wish there had been a robe and slippers in the room so I didn't have to walk to the pool in my sneakers.

When we arrived at the airport, we took the shuttle, and the driver was really impolite to us. We had a lot of luggage, and he said he couldn’t wait for us to load it all as he had to keep moving. So we called the hotel and reported it, and the next shuttle driver was very nice; he even helped us with the luggage. I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly, but he said his name was Deep or Jeep. Then we met Merlin at the front desk, and he was also very nice to us. So, despite the first driver who might have had a rough day, what we liked most about the property was the staff we met.

The room seems a bit old, and the pillows weren’t very good. I think that, for the price paid per night and for the brand of the hotel, these things could be better.

Very close to airport, very comfortable hotel and very welcoming staff

I had one little issue with the shuttle. My info from hotel said pick up at s5 level location from airport and it never came. When I got to hotel the timetable stated s3 but when I tried again to get it after returning from the city it never stopped there either but luckily it appeared in front of me as it was driving away and I managed to flag it down so I’m still not clear where you pick it up. The first time I had to resort to a cab and I got charged $25 for an incredibly short journey

I've stayed at this hotel in the past, and the Hilton always delivers with its pleasant front-line staff, clean large rooms, and extra comfy beds. The location close to Park n Fly was terrific. I was able to get a good price for the room. Although close to the airport, the rooms were very quiet.

The lobby was very loud with music playing in the restaurant, making it difficult to check in. I couldn't escape the lobby fast enough. The prices for breakfast were unnecessarily higher than expected. Knowing the area well, I went out somewhere else for breakfast.

Great airport location. Shuttle pickup is easy (Terminal 1, R3 post on lower level of arrivals). Stayed at this hotel for 1 night before and after my trip to Italy. First stay was amazing. Free internet and room was lovely. Second stay, I was changed to another room than the one that had been assigned. I was given room 230. No hot water and the bathtub was either not cleaned or was stained. I was told free internet the week before was a courtesy and that I should be mindful that if I book with Booking.com, that the internet will not be free and encouraged to book on the hotel's website. The front desk offered to give me a tutorial on how to book directly on their website. This could be one employee's preference or perhaps this hotel gives preferential treatment to guests who book with them directly. I will most likely stay somewhere else in the future but it's regrettable because this hotel is beautiful and well located.

Comfortable foyer area for waiting to check in and check out. Soft pillows. Option to stay in room until 3pm. Food was good.

There seemed to be a discrepancy between what we had been offered via email for an extended room stay until 3 pm - although I had clicked the upgrade on the email and had a response to say it had been requested - the receptionist said she had no information and wanted to charge us more. However, she did honour the amount in the email once I was able to show her the various emails I had received regarding the matter. This should have been updated automatically on her system; if I had not checked, we would have paid more than expected.

The hotel is close to the airport and provides a 24-hour shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel's fitness room is well-equipped, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The only imperfection is the soundproofing of the room. You can even clearly hear the conversation of the guests in the next room.
