Beautiful hotel in a good central location, lovely staff who were all very helpful. The free room upgrade and birthday treat made us feel very welcome and quite special. The TV had some good channels (in English) to enjoy. The bed was huge and very comfortable with decent pillows and a nice blanket (unlike the usual sheet you would get at standard hotels). The room service breakfast was great. Reception organised a taxi back to the airport for us which saved a lot of hassle as we had an early morning flight. Highly recommend staying here, overall a very positive experience. Thank you!

When first using the shower, the water was very cold but turns out it just took a really long time to heat up. Also, the spa was always too crowded and you needed to have a booking so unfortunately we didn’t get to make use of the spa facilities, which was a shame because it was a big part of the reason we chose this hotel.

Our room was beautifully decorated in an old-world "Grand Hotel" style. That said, it was on the small side. I guess that is to be expected with historic properties so it didn't matter to us so much. The spa was lovely and a great way to unwind after a long several days exploring Prague. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Huge selection in a beautiful setting. Well worth paying for a room that includes breakfast.

Everything was great. Other than the smallish size of the room I can't really find much to complain about.

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great here. We enjoyed the spa and the breakfast was excellent.

For the price, the room was smaller than some we stayed in during our trip, but had everything we needed and we were very comfortable Streaming services did not work on the tv There was a very strong scent in the lobby that bothered both of our allergies, we just avoided spending time there.

Lovely breakfast and hotel decor. The harpist during breakfast was a nice touch.

The first room I was assigned was too far from the elevator and this was still assigned at check-in, even after I said to please place me close to the elevator. The next day, I had no choice but to request a room close to and it happened. The room unfortunately had a tub shower, which made it almost impossible for me to step into without falling. I had put a request before check-in- walk in shower (no tub) and room close to elevator. This 2nd assigned room was fine except for the tub (no walk in shower) and the horrible flush mechanism for the toilet. It didn’t flush right away about 95% of the time. It took a few minutes of pushing the mechanism to flush. It’s not that hard to accommodate my simple requests, especially when you have an orthopedic walking issue.

Absolutely beautiful building, right next to the main train station in the city center. 7 minute walk to and from the station. The foyer is spectacular. Has probably the best buffet breakfast I've ever had, and 28 EUR per person is reasonable given endless food and drink. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Croissants that might be better than the ones I had in Southern France. Marble indoor pool is a very nice setup when there's a storm for the day. Free high-quality umbrellas provided at the front door help too. Staff is tremendous. Very helpful.

The Premium rooms are just slightly a bit smaller than I would have liked, though the bathrooms in the rooms are nice and spacious. Not a deal breaker but don't expect big rooms, either, at least at the Premium level. Also, unfortunately they couldn't book us (9 people) in rooms next to each other. Again, not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

We had an exceptional experience staying at NH Collection Prague Carlo IV. The hotel is located a short walking distance from the old town. The room was spotless, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with loads of food options to choose from. We did not try the complimentary Spa, so I cannot comment. A highly recommended hotel that is worth paying a little extra, for a comfortable and relaxing stay

There was nothing that we did not like.

Hotel was beautiful. Mostly Friendly staff. Spa and staff very friendly. Service excellent. Bedroom was clean and kept well. Breakfast was fantastic.

Paid for a deluxe room so didn’t expect to be looking out onto a wall which needs repaired. Ordered drinks and had to request several times as 2 of the drinks didn’t arrive at the dinner table the same happened in the bar.

Very nice hotel, in a good location, not far from the center. High level of service, excellent bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast with a large selection of dishes. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, we liked everything.

We specifically looked for an NH hotel with a SPA, but were surprised that kids were only allowed there until 4pm, which was a bit of a let down.

Everything was exceptional! The building is beautiful with amazing architecture, the location is great, the room was very nice and the breakfast and SPA were superb.

Beautiful hotel built in 1890. Excellent breakfast and vey friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Cups in room did not have handles so extremely hot when trying to drink tea / coffee.
