- I really don't know from where to start; it was my first time to stay in this hotel and the hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly, and the best part was the big Suprise when they upgraded our room from a garden view room to a sea view suite because of my husband's birthday, and the arrangement they did in the room was more than what I asked for, they also gave us late checkout. Many many thanks to this lovely surprise and to all staff and Management of this hotel. - The hotel has variety selection of restaurants and bars, also the pool area was amazing, "Namos" is a "must go" if you are staying in this hotel, actually we spend most of our time in the hotel cause of all the facilities and restaurants they have. - Location of the hotel is really good, very near Burj Khalifa, downtown, and other important areas in Dubai. - will definitely go back to "Four seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach" every time I visit Dubai :)

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

Exceptional all round. It felt tucked away in a beautiful private island yet bustling with so many incredible places to go on the doorstep. The attention to detail was spectacular, with complimentary HAPPY BIRTHDAY petals on the bed, a cake & lovely note from the staff. The service was impeccable - nothing was ever a problem and always dealt with immediately. The Four Seasons is the best hotel we've ever stayed in & we will absolutely be booking to stay next year!

The beach views are not the most picturesque with loud construction work however, this never caused us a problem as we stayed in a City View room (highly recommend as you get the other side of the beach AND city view).

All Staff top quality, friendly and helpful service all around, gym top *, hendricks bar service and staff were professional.

Seperate entrance should be planned to reduce the incoming traffic due to restaurants inside premises, waiting time can extend to 2-4 minutes. Our Room was facing Jumeirah island roundabout, we were either hearing construction and car sounds or hotel service in/out sound. Pool chilling should be improved, blower needs to be upgraded.

still the best hotel in dubai the room was comfort 24 hours room service and housekeeping and this you will not find it in any of europe 5 stars hotels.

The room was spacious and very clean. There is very nice fragrance/aroma throughout the hotel. The beach is huge so no one disturbs you. The location is close to the Dubai mall and there is an area with nice restaurants. The pool is nice as well. The Sea Fu restaurant is amazing 10/10. I had e birthday dessert from the staff in the room for my birthday which was really nice. Thank you again!

The staff at the pool and beach is not very polite and friendly. Their behavior is basic and almost on one says hi. The breakfast is average. There is not much choice compare to other resorts in Dubai.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was excellent. The staff was excellent. Beach was fun. It was not too crowded and had fast and quality service. It was a nice sandy beach and water was good. No music but the popular Nammos Beach next door had enough music coming our way. The only thing the beach was lacking was enough umbrellas, if it had been crowded in the Dubai Heat, the lack of shade would be a big problem. People mostly chose to hang out at the pool area so I dont know about that. the location was good.

The weird note that was left for us by the cleaning crew saying if we kept the "do not disturb" sign for more than 24 hours, they would be forced to come in at some point.

We had lunch on arrival at the reception area cafe and it was very average. Breakfast poor at best for such a restaurant. Been to many hotels in Dubai where breakfast was much better by a long shot.

Nothing every thing is perfect

The room is lovely.. clean with great housekeeping team. The doorbell guys are super helpful and welcoming. The facilities are great, especially the spa. The reception team are lovely. The food is delicious, and I got to try Nicolas lambert dishes this time. The guys at the pool are great and recognised us from previous times.

The oil used for cooking.. hopefully, next time there will be a variety of oils for cooking with healthier cooking options. The room ac could be improved.
